The quality and selection at this store never fails me. Other than the products they carry the Rental department offers competitive rates, and great equipment.

Danny explained different toilet features that helped us make a choice for this purchase and now we have an idea dor the next one too.

We need a new kitchen sink. Hubby called HomeDepot and was advised that if we purchased new faucet, it would be installed free. HomeDepot App showed same thing. We bought the faucet and paid 1 cent for installation. 3rd party made appointment to install the faucet, then sent email that HomeDepot canceled the work order. Home Depot did not contact us to advise. We spoke to manager, Alex. Explained what happened. GE said he would look into the issue and call back. He did but call back. He just issued a refund for one cent

There is always someone available to ask questions or help locate an item

I used to avoid going to Home Depot and any other like store, because I always was made to feel like I was sort of ..well..in the way. But this Home Depot has made a HUGE turn-around, and I am always made to feel right at home. No problem showing me where an item might be. And the BIGGIE....helping me find the right solution! I will never go "over the bridge" to save a couple bucks in taxes again. Now I am made to feel good about going to this store, and I will be back again and again! Thank you Home Depot!

Viv was exceptionally helpful by responding to my question regarding product availability by physically going to a remote corner of the garden department to confirm that my product had been delivered. That effort was above and beyond expectations! Please commend Viv for me.

Marina in the paint department is the best I have ever seen. She is knowledgeable, helpful, quick and courteous.

I needed 24 12" X 32" pieces of hardboard to mount posters on for my library. They found the wood I needed, cut it for me and put it in the trunk of my car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I love my local Home Depot.

I asked for a pallet of pavers to be brought down so I could purchase. Manager and 2 associates failed to get. Forklift or assistance in getting them down. Once loaded. I asked for assistance to load into truck, no assistance again. I’m 61 year old lady, shameful.

WHEN I LAST SHOPPED HERE, IWAS HELPED BY SEVERAL EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE ALL SO HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE, I WAS ALMOST SHOCKED...EXCEPT THAT I AM ALWAYS TREATED SO WELL HERE, THIS IS (ALMOST) EXPECTED. BUT THIS TRIP WAS SPECIAL, AND SOMEWHAT CHALLENGING, AND THEY WERE ALL GREAT! I REGRET THAT I NEGLECTED TO ASK THEIR NAMES. I SHOULD HAVE, AND FROM NOW ON I WILL HAVE MY PEN AND PAPER READY, AND WILL ASK FOR NAMES! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES!

Always enjoy the Big Box Store that is Veteran Friendly. I don't care to buy online. Glad I have the ability to walk in, buy and go. It is so nice. And to see friendly faces and see that Home Depot hires young people as well and veterans are always a great thing to see.

When I have come into this store with questions, I am very happy when there is a cheerful employee to help me out. I am not a DIY gal but shop here often picking things up for my husband. I don't always know my way around the store and am so relieved to have employees help me when I need it!

Marina was amazing and very helpful with type of paint selection. The walls turned out better than expected.

While checking out I needed assistance with my last item and Melissa was very pleasant and happy to help me. It took her no time at all to finish up my purchase and be on my way. Always have good luck here at the Vancouver store.

The experience we had in buying a new refrigerator was outstanding. in and out in a few minutes. We knew what we wanted - but Rachel, the closing manager, knew exactly what she was doing all through the purchase.

Excellent designer in Kitchen cabinetry and granite counters. Knowledgeable employee in custom closets and other products in that area. Exceptional employees in check-out with a great attitude. A general feeling of satisfied employees and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer. Not a feeling I get at competitors stores. Very satisfied with entire process. Now my go to store. Store on Andresen Road.

This Home Depot has great customer service and excellent availability of stock. I highly recommend this store for everyone with their home project needs. We've had all good experiences (and we go there often). Everyone is super helpful!

I had a bunch of things I needed in plumbing. Danny was extremely knowledgeable and helped with each item I needed. He took his time and didn’t rush off. He saved me a lot of time and helped me to narrow down my choices.
