what can you say about a store that after 35 minutes, having paid for 2 propane tanks....the store could NOT find someone to come unlock the propane tanks after several attempts. I wasted 35 minutes on a purchase that I then went to do a return on the propane since NO ONE WOULD COME HELP after 2 tries. The return person was nice, she said it's always like this and suggested I go elsewhere to buy propane. what a joke this store is.

Been shopping here at V.S. for many years. the leadership in the store must have changed because the personel and service is much improved over two or more years ago. Ordell was the sales associate who assisted me beautifully

I needed some 1x1" aluminum angle stock, also needed a window shade cut to size, & a wind chain for the storm door. I got the shade first, but no one around to cut it. I came upon an employee at a desk busy going thru some thick books Restocking, I guess. I learned that her name is Michelle. She paged someone to cut the shade, but they never showed up. She personally went to get him. Michelle then personally took me to ALL of the locations in the store for the items that I needed. Michelle then looked up the wind chain item on her computer and learned that it wasn't in stock. Michelle then assisted me in ordering the item in for pick up. I am writing this review with the explicit intent that her manager sees it and knows what an excellent employee she has in Michelle. She went ABOVE & BEYOND anything that I ever expected from a HD employee. Michelle is kind, cares about the customer, and is so helpful in every way and an excellent asset to the home depot. Thank You MIchelle. I will continue to shop at HD because of you.

Customer service in this store is horrible. I received such nasty rude service from Robert in your paint department. He was rude. He was uninformative. I asked him for his name he refused to give it to me. Robert is everything you don't want in a associate. I would not recommend you get your paint or shop at this location.

The stores I visited are always clean , I am very picky about when it comes to cleanliness the bathrooms ,the floors, the shelves,even the lumber areas are tidy,every time I go to Home Depot .The staff again is amazing.

The Staff needs to wear their mask appropriately ie covering of both mouth and nose. They should also make sure their customers wear their face mask appropriately. The Associates on the floor also need to be more helpful and the manager need to be more available when someone asks to speak to him/her.

Anthony in electric was extremely helpful in helping me locate specific items for my dad. He was patient as we searched each row while still multitasking and helping other customers. He maintained his professionalism and was personable offering jokes in the meantime! Great experience. He was friendly!

Overly packed with people and not enough staff

Shawn in the Flooring Department and Anthony in the Electrical department were extremely helpful and my daughter, sister, and I were extremely grateful for their help.

Good store ..normally has most of the stuff we are looking for

Anthony in the Electrical Department is a Godsend, particularly with light bulbs. You just sigh a sigh of relief when he is there to help you make sure that you have the correct item (or even to just find the sample that you brought with you into the store from your home). Thank you Anthony!!!

Horrible wait time for gas. Alerted staff yet no one came. Substandard level of service. I wonder why? No one wanted to help but they wanted to make sure we paid. 3 people waiting 40 minutes. Disgusting! Buying at Bjs next time, they are faster and cheaper!

Store was very clean was very Covid-19 adherent with social distancing on each line and Plexiglas surrounding cashiers and registers for safety. The people working in store have a vast knowledge of everything you made need in Home Depot and are very friendly as well!

The Store is normally clean and well stocked. Associates are very helpful when ask for assistance.

The associate Sheena was very helpful and polite. She took care of my problem. She got Johnny to assist her in making sure my needs were met. They made my visit a good experience.

This is a relatively busy location. The staff is friendly and polite. However there is no one at the door enforcing the face mask policy. Some employees are also wearing their mask with their nose exposed.
