The best store in the area

A first time positive experience. It has improved.

The employees “working” at the customer service desk in the V.S. Store need to answer the telephone and stop chit chatting with co-workers. I called multiple times over 90 minutes and no one picked up the telephone.

Anicia is the sweetest, most helpful employee :)

The associates were wonderful, especially Sheena, Zanique, Mary & Renee (Mgr).

Don't try to rent vans at this location. We tried to rent one on Sunday, April 18th. One van's battery was dead, the employee had lost the keys to the other van, Very poorly managed dept.Couldn't get them on the phone to answer a question, I'd recommend the store but not the van rental.

The mask prevented me from seeing their smiles, but I saw it n their eyes. They made this shopping experience a breeze with their expertise and guidance. THE KITCHEN DESIGN SALESWOMAN NAILA YOUSAF WAS EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. SHE MADE SURE SHE EXPLAINED THE PRODUCTS, AND PROCEDURES OF ORDERING A NEW KITCHEN. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL WHILE WE CHOOSE OUR CABINETS AND COUNTERTOP. WE APPRECIATED HER OUTSTANDING AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE THE PROJECT WAS WITHIN OUR BUDGET. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE KITCHEN DESIGN CENTER AT THE HOME DEPOT IN VALLEY STREAM.

Go to Elmont or another location if you want help or are picking up and order. These associates at Green Acres location and not nice or very helpful if you can get their attention.

I received exceptional customer service from the Sales Representative, Safiya. She was courteous, efficient, professional and effective in resolving my transaction. She exemplified exceptional Customer Service care and I would look forward to future transactions with her at the Valley Stream location.

The Valley Stream Home Depot is a store with a very pleasant atmosphere the reps. I have dealt with is very experience, helpful and pleasant.

This is an excellent 10+ store. Customer service first rate from employees Found all products with assistance of employees . Store was clean and properly marked for social distance shopping. I felt that it was safe and all precautions were being followed.

The store employees are friendly, considerate and helpful. I think they understand that many shoppers are need a little guidance and assurance for the product they are purchasing. These are ordinary folks Trying DIY method to complete a home project. The inky set back is the traffic. Trying to get in and out of the store is a major headache. Sandwich between the Bj’s traffic and Walmarts trucks makes it daunting task to go this home depot.

The store followed CDC guidelines and was clean and the associate was informative and helpful.

If you go early in the morning less crowded and employees are more helpful.

Mr.Michael Desimone was very professional about his job and services. He gave me the up most customer service. Thank you and I will be back to shop again. On a scale from one to 10 I would give him a 10+, even though he was busy he took his time out to help me

Deplorable customer service!! I came across more than a few employees that don't even know what products they sell. One came out and told me straight in my face "I have no idea what that is..." and walked away. If I was the store manager, I would replace the majority of the employees in this store with motivated individuals who would trade decent customer service for a paycheck. It's a shame to see a good job being taken by useless / nasty individuals in these troubling Covid times.

I ran into the Valley Stream location 10 minutes to closing due to a plumbing situation I was experiencing at home. Unable to locate what I needed. Mark from plumbing came by to help. And within minutes he was able to locate what I needed. If it was not for Mark, my family and I would not have had a working bathroom for the entire night. Thanks Mark you are THE BEST!!
