If it wasn't for Anthony in electronics I would have walked out the store

Anthony from the electrical department is the BEST! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly! Cant get on better than Anthony!! 5 star rating!!! He taught me about LED light bulbs… I learned the differences between different bulbs and models

I came in to buy Flex Seal, bought it and also bought Gorilla Seal. Did not see it in other HD’s

My experience was good. I found the cashier Claudia was very friendly and helpful. She deserves positive recognition.

I went into the store to buy flat metal rods that I intend to create six ''suspension" support to install two barn doors and they were available.

Was assisted promptly and efficiently by Mikey D (plumbing) and a young lady (Shay?) who not only helped with my questions but climbed a ladder to take items out of a box because they were not on the display.

I was assisted by Mr Bryson. This worker is an asset to your Organization. He explained the delivery process completely was very courteous and patient. A very satisfying experience and satisfied Customer

Joey D in flooring jumped thru hoops to make sure my experience was nothing short of AMAZING. It's very hard to find people who show this level of commitment in any business but this dude NAILED IT.

outdoor supplies/garden very sparse & is a mess due to seasonal changes outside.

This store has always been a bad location and is now somehow worse than ever.

When you go to home depot and have any issues, go to customer service and hope you get Georgeina she was outstanding and went the extra mile for me

This home depot is becoming like the old community hardware store. With full-time long years working experienced employees, familiar faces can help with projects.

Thank you for continuing to support our community and keeping your prices reasonable.. I found the products I was looking for. The store was clean. There was a "blackout" in the store, but the employees handled the situation very professionally. Everyone was helpful and calm.

Even with a toddler I was able to get what I needed and be out with a happy toddler. They have car carts for the kids. Which she enjoyed. A very sweet Staff member at the cart location outside gave us the car cart that rolled excellent. The staff was very helpful specially Claudia at the cashier. Tips. Use the app to find products in the aisle quicker with the bay numbers available also.

customer rep are quite helpful on credit card application.

Horrible customer service. They do not known the promotions and do not want to learn. The associates at the customer service desk do not deliver customer service.

NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT RETURN DESK. Home Depot should get rid of all of those lazy folks they have working at the Valley Stream location. This is the worse Home Depot in the area in terms of staff working in there
