Stacee always helpful and friendly at the self check out.

The appliance attendant was very helpful. He had accurate and informative answers about all the appliances there and was so helpful to my wife & I. He was polite courteous and even had a great sense of humor, which made our experience memorable.

Stacie and the young man who assisted us out to our car were very courteous and knowledgeable. They made our visit a great experience.

I recently had a bad experience at a Home Depot competitor. My go-to place now is our Twin Falls Home Depot.

I am so proud of our Home Depot store in Twin Falls. They have good people who run the store and take extreme pride of their work and store, the store is always clean well stocked and the staff treat you like family!

I’ve been to many home improvement shops and they are certainly helpful, but I noticed at this particular store every employee had a smile on their face. I checked out at the self service station and it gave me extra money. I gave it to an employee who was busy, yet she was very kind, upbeat, and eager to help! I felt valued and important as a customer. Also, the store was indeed clean with easy to follow signage which helped me find what I needed easily and quickly. Thank You!

Clean helpful staff easy check out most of the time

I rarely if ever disappointed with the products I buy from this store. More importantly is the staff - they are knowledgeable and they are there - not hiding behind the trees in the floral shop having coffee. Some other big name chains always seem short handed with a staff not available and are hard to find.

Friendly cashiers and customer service. I saved $25.00 on my purchase because they asked me if I was interested in getting a Home Depot card that I wasn't even aware of. I got some beautiful pots for my indoor plants, that I also bought there.

I love our Twin Falls Home Depot. I also love the friendly man that greets customers and can help you find anything you are looking for.
