We are always treated with respect and friendly service at the Twin Falls Home depot. We feel like we've known the staff there forever. Like family. They do a great job at making sure your needs are met and glad you chose to shop there.

I'm in there quite a bit and I have gotten to know a lot of the employees. They are great at what they do. The store manager, Brent and his assistants Barry and Josh are excellent too. Cant go wrong with people who really do care about making great service a priority and getting you what you need. Josh saw me helping a guy moving drywall one day and he came up to the cashier that was helping me and said somethin to her and walked away. The cashier informed me that Josh had approved a 25% mark down on my bill because he saw me helping that gentleman with his drywall. Who does that these day? Home Depot does that's who. Time are hard, they make it a little easier for some of us going through it right now. Thank you guys!

Wolfington in the paint department is so friendly, knowledgable and helpful. If you are not sure what you need he will provide you the knowledge to make the best choice! Justina, the cashier, is super friendly and gets you out of the store fast! I really like her so look for her when you are in there checking out

The store was clean, the employees were helpful, and I shop here often. However one seasonal item was out of stock already, this early in the season and the seasonal items available were quite limited.

The employees at the pro desk are awesome. They are very helpful and friendly. Love them.

If you are needing help with paint or stains definitely go talk to Wolfington he was amazing and went above and beyond to help us.

Wanted to Thank the cashier that helped check me out (Carrie) went the extra mile to explain to me instead of buying 10 electrical outlets Individuality - to buy the Contractor Pack of /10 to save money. So she left the check stand with another cashier and ran back to the electrically dept. to get us the right product. Wow - that’s customer service . Thank you Carrie.

The associated are super friendly

The next time I visit Idaho I hope to see amazing employees like Stacie and Gabby..... you both rock and made my dog and myself happy customers and put smiles on our faces :)

I appreciate the staff at my local Home Depot. They are always willing to help or locate someone who can. Today, Stacie was the person I could count on to help me locate and purchase the item I was after.

Super helpful

I encountered a gentleman and plumbing on Monday, June 29 around 5 PM that was so helpful and really knew his stuff. It was nice to encounter one out of about six that walked by me and never offered assistance. I wish I would’ve got the gentleman’s name but hopefully will give me the date and the time you can pinpoint the gentleman that helped me.

Store is clean and organized, found exactly what I was shopping for. The cashier, Stacie in the Garden Department, on check-out was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you for a great shopping experience, I appreciate it.

Purchased lawn mower online today that stated 3 were available at this location today , but after waiting for close to 3 hours I was still without lawn mower. Asked for assistance on when it was going to be ready and associate said she would have to check and would call me when she found out, after waiting another 60 minutes I went to customer service and got a refund.

Garden center is clean and well stocked. Stacie is friendly and can always help you find what your looking for!

Product was great. Would buy more of them. But you have to threaten to leave and go to Lowe's to get someone to check you out. Hire a couple people to run a check stand. You dont pay me to be a checker. Next thing you will want is for me to unload trucks and stock shelves for you too.

Good store hard to get help

Overall a great store. We did encounter an employee who used the restroom and did not wash his hands. Ewww. Gross. And he didnt care, and said he had hand sanatizer. But still opended the bathroom door without cleaning his hands at al . Our cashier travis was so awesome thoug . He made the trip worth it!

Was able to find what I needed was in and out great service.

We love this store!! We purchased a 10 x 12 trailer recently and from Linda in customer service to the guys who came out in windy, cold weather and helped load the trainer, you can't ask for a better bunch of people!

Store personnel are genuine and recognize us as regular shoppers at their store.

I have shopped this store for many years and I can say that your customer service has improved immensely!!
