Always out of stock. Employees on floor don't provide adequate customer service...standing around talking on cell phones and running the other way when they make eye contact.

Great store. Many new products. Well stocked,friendly employees plus safe environment.

The Totowa Home Depot store was even more stocked than the Riverdale store that I usually frequent. The salespeople for lawnmowers were exceptionally helpful and made my choice much easier. The attendant, at self checkout, was equally helpful. Stress free experience a plus.

Not enough employees in each dept. Long waits in person and on phone. Employees need to be cross trained to help in each dept.

Manager Russell was amazing this man provided us with the best world customer service. Thank you and karris as well for all your help. The experience was absolutely amazing. Thank you Home depot

Store is not well staffed and always a horror to shop within.

Extremely bad customer service, and it seem like it is bother

The Totowa store is kept clean and orderly. We get the impression that the employees care about their workplace and the safety of everyone in it. There was a message over the intercom that, if an item was difficult to reach, employees have the necessary equipment to get it safely, just ask.

I only shop at this home depot as Russell who is amazing works here. The rest of the staff is mediocre to poor and lazy in my opinion. Russell provides me with the highest quality of customer service EVERY TIME I come to this store and he is there. I would only recommend this store if Russell is there - otherwise NO. The five stars here is for Russell - NOT the store or ANY other staff.

The new cashier system sucks need more people moving the lines.

Customer service and cashier “Myesha” bad attitude towards coworker and customer. Not Professional At all. Very disrespectful to customer and didn’t to her job according to Home Depot policy. Need to be retrain in dealing with customer.

The cashier was rude and disrespectful. She was gossiping with another staff member when I was trying to check out. I had to use strong language with her and get the manager involved. This is a regular occurrence at "Home Depot!" The customer service is horrific, and the staff generally are lazy and incompetent :-(! #shameonhomedepotyetagain #facts

Totowa Home Depot is the best!! All the employees are like a great family, they are a great team and when you do teamwork the company performance is incredible- IMANI,MARIA, Bobby,Leon, Braulio, Arantxa, Yvonne,Alexandra, Billy,Stanley,Stanford,(Sonner un plumber) Paula,Tania,Daphne — sorry if I skip other names. I tell you they are all amazing - the store is always clean, anything you are looking for is right there if not this team help you to find it. The interaction between the employees is very professional and friendly.

Bought several appliances from HD the sales person was terrific the delivery and installation process was horrific. There was a problem with each delivery, couldn't install appliance because they had the wrong part and second order was never delivered because apparently a mailing address is different from a delivery address??? My mail can be delivered everyday to my mailing address but HD can't deliver an appliance to my mailing address.

Ray a worker in there,helped me a lot preparing my order with many wood lumbers and he was very patient doing this, this kind of employee make me come back for shopping. He went way beyond expectations, great employee. Also another nice employee i think she is new in there is Carol, this lady was very kind and helpful when i had problem paying and looking for some items in the home depot web portal. Great employees both of them.
