Everything is laid out nice, all the employees are so kind and willing to help, and I think the prices are great.

Found me exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes! Was extremely satisfied with my purchase, will definitely come again.

Bought something a month ago. I have to return it and buy something else. very comfortable process. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bigest issue: charged for two items when I only bought one.

Drove an hour to this Home Depot to get some clay bricks because my local Home Depot is closed on Sundays. The Home Depot app said 450+ were available but when I got there not a single brick was there. On a positive note, Joe and Ernesto from Garden searched outside for a potential pallet but we failed. They were very helpful.

Some employees take their frustrations out on customers and They don’t take into consideration that the year isn’t over and I’ve spent nearly $12,000 at the specific store. DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO EMBARASS YOU NOT HELP YOU AND JUST MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE MISERABLE

I shop at home depot in Totowa, NJ for all my home needs as this is my favorite home depot to go. The people who are employed there are so caring and absolutely wonderful and good god helpful. I was in serious trouble with my food shopping and they got me out of trouble and I was able to save my big shopping I just did. God bless them I'll be back, there's always something I need.

NO cashiers. Not a one. It's not my job to scan my own products. Riverdale generally has at least one cashier. Shop elsewhere.

Good service and well informed staff

Let all registers except cash or credit cards to avoid long lines at the card only registers when the cash only register are empty.

Purchased a Phillips Hue Hub. Instead of finding the product inside, I found a dirty paper towel and a Samsung charger.

The people working here are very helpful in particular Diane! Store was bustling with people most of which offered to help. The opposite of the Butler/Riverdale store.

I have been going here almost since the store first opened. I have had mostly good experiences here. They could use to spend some extra time sorting out some of the misplaced items in departments like plumbing and electrical but I do realize this is mostly due to lazy customers throwing parts they decide they don't need in the wrong bins (which is typical of most home improvement type stores). I had a bit of an issue in plumbing department recently getting someone to retrieve an item from a top shelf. Could not get help and wound up using one of their "sales associate only" ladders to get it myself. That's about the only serious issue I've ever had here so I they get an A- rating from me.

Bobby (from plumbing) was a huge help to me during my shopping experience today. He gave me personalized service and even helped me during his break. I was able to get exactly what I needed and Bobby helped me load it all into my car. Would highly recommend this store and Bobby's service.

Always out of what you need. If you need 2 they have none. If you need 8 you might get 5. Impossible to get good help there because they are always busy looking for a product for someone. Many times an employee says he is going to check and then never returns. This store is right by house and I drive by it many times to go to the Montville store.
