RUDE CASHIER. Extremely Rude cashier!!!! The cashier at self checkout SNATCHED the scanner from my hand and shoved me aside aggressively because I was having difficulty scanning my items after I attempted to scan my ProX ID so that the purchase would count towards my account. It was very infuriating to have such a bad experience at 7am in the morning. If you don’t like dealing with customers, don’t work at Home Depot Lorraine!

Robert in the paint dept was extremely helpful. He helped me fins th3 right pain and mised th3 correct coloe. I was looking for paint to paint an outside concret wall and picked up the wrong kind and he heloed me get the right kiind before i purchased it. He iwss so nice and so friendly.

the Totowa NJ store is very close to home and I go there almost every day, the people that work there are very friendly and helpful when I am looking for something. The other day I asked a girl if you carry toilet paper and she said no , she then gave me the name and directions of a store in Paterson that she has purchased toilet paper. I went and purchased toilet paper and I thanked her yesterday

Story employee is so rude They don’t know how to do customer Service I never Come back this location This my last time If customer have confusion about Product they didn’t explain. And they going to fight So rude customer care

Cashier helped me at the self check out- Then after leaving the store I realized I lost my wallet. About an hour later, I called the store and spoke to MOD Nelson and he quickly call the front desk and said that the associate helping me gave my wallet to the head cashier. I came back to the store and thank the the cashier by purchasing him a gift card, (which he did not want to except) But I insisted buscase of his honesty. His kindness, was well worth more then any gift card.!!!

i love to go to this store its always fun . The employees are always happy to help and my experience is always fun. And the cashiers are always so nice .

i am a veteran and shop at Home Depot for the discount. However, with the self checkout I find it difficult to checkout without a person to put in this discount. Any way to make this easier?

Great store great stock of materials

All of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The Manager named Tara was superb! AAAAA+++++ customer service!!!

I needed help and the first associate said it wasn't his department and customer service said the website was wrong and they really didn't have 11 of the item I was looking for. I will be travelling an extra 6 miles to the Montville location where the professional associates work.

Totowa Home Depot is the best with a great staff who work very well with each other, I always find everything I need their and is a very clean store stop by and have a wonderful experience. Great customer service . Check out register are a little confusing . . Struggle with lines need more cashiers. Don’t like to self checkout .
