Associate in the paint department very rude. Be sure to inspect your paint cans before purchase, this guy puts stickers on the can that say the color but does not add the color.

Young lady at checkout treated me like I stole something when I gave her my veteran ID. It was self checkout but she scanned everything. Gave Veteran ID.her eye went up and down. I know home depot need id I had it also njdmv licence with veteran on it. 11:56 am 01/01/2021.

Always has plenty of product and the customer service team is polite and very efficient.

The store areas generally clean, but the items what you get from shelfs usually full of dust, which I exprienced at led lighting Hand sanitizers should be entreance and just before exit too... there should be paper towel in toilets.

I went to the sore to return 4 items one of them wasn't on home depot card and i couldn't find the recipte .so the cashier Tammi told me that home depot stopped using the store credit and this is the new home depot return policy . At the same day i went to a differnet store and i got store credit . So this means that each store can apply his own policy or simply the cashier didn't like me

Knowledgeable and friendly employees. I had a difficult time finding the item I was interested. While walking around trying to find the item, I did notice the store was neat and clean. I felt very comfortable. I inquired with a Mr. Christian Sanchez and he made my day!!!

I visited the store to purchase a desk lamp and a few other items. I went to the lighting area and it was completely dark at 8:30am. I purchased the lamp and few other things. When i got home and opened the lamp it looked like it was used and returned. Some parts were missing, there was no paperwork and the lamp had a light bulb in it. The box stated bulb not included. I had to drive all the way back to return the unit. The person who took the return did not even say he was sorry. It was very cold and impersonal. And he had his face mask below his nose. This was very poor showing for Home Depot.

Andy (Cashier 0922 00097 34344) is an outstanding team player who helped me walk out with a smile. I will return for other things and look for him to say hello!

I rarely shop at this location even tho it's closer to my home because I usually don't have a good experience with customer service when checking out. This trip I purchase 7 bags of mulch, a quart of paint and a small plumbing item. The paint & plumbing dept reps were helpful and had everything I needed. Time to checkout- When I first approached to checkout the cashier had just finished with the previous customer and was having some sort of argument with him. She rings me up. After the cashier gave me my receipt she didn't bag the 2 smaller items. When I asked for her to please bag the 2 smaller items- she just handed me a bag. LOL! After witnessing the previous customers experience I figured I'd just bag myself and leave. The 2 Stars (which is generous) are for the cashier only. The other departments were very helpful. The Pine Brook store is further but much, much better.

Store is clean and organized. It's fully stocked with the items I needed. Sales associates were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.

The cashiers are rude to customers. One experience at the store the cashier was answering text messages on her phone before helping me. The next day I went there to make another purchase the cashier was rude and argumentative. It is worth the drive to go to another Home Depot location.

Rude employees, not all but the ones that do not want to should not work.

Online pickup in-store takes forever an then they don't have what you want I the store but still shows online it's there,waist of time an gas .

This is the most unfriendly store ever. Yes you can find an associate but they leave you an never come back...

Store is always well stocked, neat and clean. There are always plenty of staff members to assist you, and point you in the right direction. They are knowledgeable, and friendly. The cashiers, and pick up area employees are also friendly.

I bought the side panels for insulating a window air conditioner. I checked online, (said store had 48). I was lucky enough to find only ONE, and I bought it. I would have been more than a little upset if there were none. (I use a cane)
