i love home Depot.. they must be hiring better people and or training more and better because the assistance received used to be spotty....but lately i'm either lucky or as my first sentence says things are much improved!

Each time I ask for help I get little or "not my departmenr" therefore hire more associates who want to help and is willing to help MORE!next time I will take pictures!

Every associate I encountered was very helpful in meeting our needs; even when we were unable to locate item from store inventory list, someone was able to get the item from the back or a high up location pretty promptly

This is a terrific store. Easy to get to from anywhere, they have everything you could ever want, and there generally seems to be associates available. My favorite Home Depot!

There was one person checking people out at 8am!! huge lines!!! people dont know where huge lines start!!! store was very unorganized when it comes to checking out. Also a cash register just closed when they saw how busy it was!! very unprofessional

I bought all my ridgid power tools and I’m extremely satisfied with the product and deals Home Depot had, which made it very affordable

Unlike the Matamoras PA, (where my elderly neighbor bought a freezer that had issues 2 weeks after and it took 3 months to get it fixed), i believe had they bought their freezer in this store, they would have taken the time to make sure the elderly couple would understand the reason for purchasing a Protection plan.

I picked up a Ryobi Cordless Driver bundle set that I bought on the App (and got two free batteries mailed to me as a gift with purchase) I was picking out a few post cap and base fasteners and an associate asked if I need help finding anything. I said no but would need some lumber cut. Before I got to the pressure treated posts a guy came looking for me to cut the lumber and he helped me get the posts off the rack and wheeled them over to the saw for me and took care of everything. I headed up front and got behind another customer at the register and a cashier called me over to her so I didn’t have to wait. She was really fast. A Manager opened the door for me and helped me get my stuff in my truck. I said I was OK and he didn’t have to and he said “Hey I’m already here.” Great Stuff! Great Staff! Great Store!

BOUGHT A NEW REFRIGERATOR LAST SUMMER, LUMBER, ROOFING MATERIALS, UTILITY KNIFE, PAINTS FOR BOAT, HOMEDEPOT HAS IT ALL. IF NOT IN STOCK, THEY CAN GET IT SHIPPED TO THE STORE. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We worked with Richard Quinn to customize the perfect kitchen for our space. He was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. His sense of humor was an added bonus. We’d love to work with him again if we needed to. We appreciate Richard’s expertise in the area of kitchen design.

All is fine except gardening area has no carts close to entry. For the elderly we must walk a longer distance to main entry to get cart. Just a suggestion to have sufficient carts near gardening area during warmer months.

helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff that helped with locating the products, assisted with credit line increase and with checking of the availability of specific supplies. we were provided with detailed information on the products specifications that helped to make a choice. the store is clean and well-organized. easy returns and orders pick ups

Management is terrible and unwilling to help both customers and new employees. Items restocked after returns with missing pieces and then resold to the next person to deal with.

Great customer service assistants and the associates are very positive.

Brandi Moore in the paint department is the rare retail employee who goes the extra mile to listen to a customer's needs and responds overall in an exemplary fashion to make sure I selected the perfect products for my project needs..

I went to Home Depot to order flooring and had to wait for over an hour to get the flooring I wanted ordered because there were only two people in the department and they allowed other people to distract them from the job they were doing. I was told some of my order would be in the next day, it wasn’t. A week later it still wasn’t there so they found another store with it and scheduled a delivery to my house for a few days later. The flooring was delivered and was 5 cases short. I called to report the error and was told they would look into and someone would call me back, no one called back. I called back the next day to follow up and I was told they were going to refund me the 5 cases and the reorder them, someone would call me back because it was going to take a while and they didn’t want me to have to wait on the phone that long. I see the updated/reprinted customer agreement saying the missing cases were going to be delivered on 4/1/21. I never received a call back and the cases still haven’t been delivered. This store clearly lacks the follow through on calling people back to resolve order issues. I’m still short cases and can’t finish the job I was planning on doing since I don’t have all the materials and never seem to get an answer or a resolution to the problem.

The employee Flo Lynn is very friendly and helpful in buying a lawn tractor.

The staff were very unprofessional. They used profane language and carried on personal conversations in front of us. We were put on hold and redirected for 45 minutes before coming to the store. We were not greeted and the first employee was no friendly and had an unprofessional attitude. This entire experience was very unsettling and I would rather make a longer trip to go to a different store than to return to that store.
