I shop in many Home Depot‘s for my business. I can see without any hesitation that the Thompson store is top-notch. Cleanliness, organization, and very helpful staff.

The shop assistant Catrina helped me a lot with my purchase of an exterior door.

Catrina in customer service, the lady who was my cashier, and the guy who cut my boards were all super helpful and nice

Store personnel are arrogant.

I was fortunate enough to come across Arnie in the plumbing department. He is a rare breed! He was very knowledgeable of the products and their location, and he got me what I needed promptly. He’s now my go-to guy whenever I need help with another project.

I recently had to return an item where someone else returned it and removed some key components. Catrina at the return desk was incredibly helpful and nice throughout the process. Next, with the help of Ernesto, they searched the inventory and found the replacement itemnI needed and went above and beyond to see that it was retrieved from storage so I had everything I needed to complete my project. Unfortunately, pride in ones job and a helpful positive attitude aren't as common as they once were. Great job!!!!!!!!

I really like this store, especially when it's not terribly busy. The summer is a challenge as there is an influx of a couple of hundred thousand people who come to this area for the summer.

We went to Home Depot fir plumbing supplies and we’re so fortunate to ask Yesenia for help. She was so pleasant and patient and kind. She is very knowledgeable and took so much time helping us . What a wonderful asset she is ! !!!

The carpet came at a great price with many options in quality, color and style. Same with the padding. With free installation it is really tough to beat. lead time was excellent!

Our cashier had noticed that we didn’t want to do self service check out. We met her at the cashier, she asked us if we found everything we needed, and how our experience was. She was excellent excellent excellent.

It's nice to know that one will be treated well and have one's needs addressed at a given outlet. From Beverly greeting my kindly each time I enter the store, to Raphael patiently helping me out with lumber, to Olga and her cordiality at the checkout, to Katrina being as helpful as she is on the phone...this staff performs well.

I bought a washing machine from the Monticello, NY site. The sales associate, Ms. Babcock was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and assisted me in finding the best one for my families life style. In addition she reviewed with me the delivery checklist in detail. She stated "make sure the delivery men start the machine before they leave". Thank goodness she did because the delivery men were tasked with reversing my washing machine door which they never done before. After the task was complete they were all ready to go without starting the machine. I insisted that they start the machine. The machine would not work because the door was not installed correctly. If not for the Ms. Babcock I would have had to take another day off of work for a service call.

Everyone in this store is friendly and helpful. It's so nice shopping here. Thank you all

Had a situation returning an online purchase.. Katrina the girl at the Customer service desk was a doll & helped us out a great deal. She was very friendly & kind.. Definitely keep this girl right where she's at. She knew what she was doing.
