Employees showed me where what I was looking for was in a patient friendly manner that was pleasing to me. I am a happy customer who will shop here my whole lifetime.

I received excellent help from John and Russell. They were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They were also patriotic and went the extra mile to help me get my grill loaded into my truck.

Always enjoy shopping at this store, the employees are always helpful.

The Colony Texas ( 100th Home Depot Texas store ) My family and I enjoy shopping at The Colony Home Depot location due to the continuous friendly service received during each visit This location seems to always have its team members assisting customer, which is a big plus in todays retail business. With todays fast pace living, many other department stores seem too busy to give customers the one on one experiance that retail use to be built on.

When in for $619 hot water heater and had Home Depot install and it up costing me 1600+. No one disclosed the extra fees they did say however there would be additional piping if needed but not at a cost of $1000 for two plumbers have a hour and a half. I could’ve bought the extra pipes and tubes that they needed at the store For a 10th of the price and have them here ready for them to put it in. I could’ve also taken my own hot water heater to the dump and saved another $125. When I scheduled the installation I was told the basic installation would be an additional $450 bringing my total to 1097When the plumbers got here and they added up all the new fittings and ended up costing me an additional 500+. When I question the amount they then said that I could deny the service knowing that it would put us in a hard spot not having any hot water what are you going to say no don’t put it in so a $619 hot water heater cost me 1600+

I would highly recommend this store for the reason being i have been to several other stores and the employess at the other stores dont seem to care about helping me with what i need, while the employess at this store are very friendly and are willing to assit me in anyway possible they answer all my questions and help me load my items into my vechile, my experience today with Ben and Melissa at the pro desk was great, i always ask for Ben when im in the store...He is my GO TO GUY...

Aubree, in the Pro area, is an amazing employee. She went out of her way and spent a good amount of time with me to find a few items that were not readily accessible on the floor. She seemed to know a lot about the tools section, even though it is not her area. She made my purchase worth while. Kirk, Armando and Chris did so much when it was time to load everything into my truck. It was found just as a tool chest was loaded into the bed, that it was not the correct item. Half of the chest purchased was there, but the second item that was stocked and wrapped with it was not even close to being correct. These three men offloaded it, went in and found the correct corresponding half, fit the two halfs onto a single pallet and then shrinkwrapped it all into one package. A few other employees had seen all of this and just walked on by, but not these guys. They did an amazing job and I am more than happy to come back when its time to start really spending money on tools so long as I work with any of these employees!

Pleasure to shop there today. The plumbing associate was knowledgeable and helpful. The one thing I appreciate about Home Depot is that there staff is trained in the areas they support.

Just moved here for work and needed a new gas grill. I have not shopped at Home Depot for a while after a bad customer service experience in Austin. But this store had just the one I wanted in stock. I asked for assistance for an unassembled one so that I could transport it home. Bob, who works in a different department attempted to get me help and stayed to ensure that I received the assistance I needed. After waiting for 5 minutes and no one from the department showed up, Bob went and got a lift himself and retrieved the grill himself. Even brought it to the cashier, Paula, who was also very pleasant and cheerful. He then even helped me load it into my vehicle. All the time, even if not his department, he remained cheerful. It took what could have been another miserable experience spending hundreds of dollars into a great one that I will remember everytime I use the grill.

Cabinet refacing? I think you mean cabinet *rebuilding*. $2300 to "reface" a bathroom vanity is absurd - especially when I can replace it outright for less than $1000! Refacing involves replacing the drawer facing and cabinet doors - not rebuilding the entire vanity! You folks have lost your mind. FYI - I can get all the door faces and cabinet doors delivered to my door for less than $300. A couple of quarts of paint and voila! I'm done. Sales person at the store doesn't know jack squat. The guy that came out to our house to have a look went into the bait and switch maneuver - "We send out an engineer - the process takes 6 to 8 weeks <yada, yada, yada>." Then the kicker: "But this is Home Depot and we warrant the work for 15 years <blah, blah, blah>". I laughed in his face and sent him away! You've lost me Home Depot, I'm going elsewhere from now on.

Store is clean and generally well stocked. People are nice and helpful, they allow you to shop uninterrupted, but are there when you need help.

Clean store. Friendly staffs. Reasonable price. Not too crowded either. Great deals in store! This location will be my best friend this year

Knowledgeable, gracious staff and tidy, well-stocked store. I love browsing the garden shop and when I have needed items for various repairs and improvements to my home, this Home Depot has provided more than one choice to fit the bill. It's very helpful to be able to examine and compare products and have a pleasant conversation about projects with the various department staff members before I make a purchase. Everyone who has helped me here for the last 6 years has regularly gone the extra mile so that I can be proud of my finished projects.

While this location is a smaller version of the Home Depots in my area, they usually have what I need when I need it..have working relationships with continued visits to this location, with several employees. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. If they don't have an answer for me, they find someone who can help

I find that most of the employees at Home Depot are very carring and want to help when ever possible. I do wish that the stores would consider helping the people with advice and showing us how to install "windows", Screens, and proper ways for us to maintain our tools from the store. I would think that vendors would be more than happy to help move their products better. I have asked for over 5 years if the store could show me and other interested people how to measure and make the screens for our house. There are a lot of retired people in The Colony that live on limited income that are always trying to cut corners so they can purchase Christmas toys and tools for Grand Children. Just a thought. This Home Depot location has about 95% of anything I have ever needed for my home, and the employees are all generally friendly and knowledgeable. My go-to guy is "Miami" Dave for anything I need to find, need information about, or need a recommendation for.
