Best experience ever. Ronda and Tony in Garden were amazing with their knowledge and help. Ronda was the sweetest woman ever and Tony literally made our day better. Then Alex- a store manager, yes A STORE MANAGER, hustled to find something. Its no secret that this store is understaffed, but we got the 5 star treatment. Go see Alex, Tony and Ronda! You wont be sorry.

The Colony Home Depot doesn’t dissapoint. Paula at the register and Tony is Garden. Thank you! Got a great tree and great service from these two. Also love Kerry in Wood! Keep it up!

My husband and i are remodeling contractors. Since my husband had been injured, we have gone to the home depot together to get our products since he cant lift. We went to Garden to get a grill for ourselves along with some mulch for a project, this big guy comes around the corner says Hi and asks what he can help us with. We were shocked because we usually have to ask for help. His name was Tony and we come to find out hes the Garden Manager. He got down a grill we wanted, he knew all about it, he personally loaded a lot of mulch for us. Without asking or hesitance, he loaded the grill and mulch with my husband. Always smiling and cracking jokes and expressing his love of Frank Sinatra. We will go back to THIS Home Depot thanks to Tony!

Ver happy with new washer and dishwasher. All questions were addressed and we felt very comfortable with our purchase.

Todd in the doors/window department was extremely helpful and sweet! He was very patient and helped me with my needs! He remained patient even when my two children were starting to get impatient waiting. I appreciated it so much! Puts a mother at ease!

I had to wait more than half an hour for help that never came. Store employees seemed to be busying about but did not come and ask customers if they needed help as they used to. When I did ask for help, I got responses like, "I don't work in this section," or "I can't help you with this." None of them had radios to call for help. I finally left without making the main purchase I came for.

I had weird items to find in the store and I had two great associates Russell and Sylvia that were able to help me find the items and suggest maybe a better option if needed

Fantastic store! Harem in customer service had helped me a bunch! Amazing customer service, and exceptional help! And so did the manager Natalia! Gerome and Rudi both were very helpful as well! Both of them were great! The Colony store has always been phenomenal! Make sure to make them in charge! They are great!

I have shopped this store for 20 years. Always enjoy. Plenty of choices and inventory.

Garden section is the happening place right now. Lots of options. Very clean

Uncomfortable experience, I had no help getting mulch after waiting 30 minutes and had to deal with an uncomfortable situation with an employee. After waiting that long I just ended up getting the mulch myself while the employee groped and talked leisure with me.

Courtney was awesome helping me navigate the selection and purchase of the items I needed.

Had great experience at my local Home Depot. Ensure find associate name E. He great positive energy and know his stuff. He will go extra mile for every customer.

The website showed the product I needed but when I went to pick it up they had nothing but one kind and not what the website showed. Also the staff was more interested in talking with themselves then with customers.

Went to Lowe’s in Frisco. They didn’t have a lot of paint so I went to Home Depot close to home. A very nice lady greeted me and a man named Tony (or toe knee as he said) mixed my paint. I asked where I could find trim, for my room. He didn’t point and say a an aisle, he asked me there and he walked and showed me flower pots as well. He’s a great hire and everyone was so friendly. 5 stars!

Very clean Store and friendly employees. Haley greeted us at the Contractors Desk and called for Tony to help who came from across the store with a cart. He helped me with a toilet that I couldn’t lift and sang Frank Sinatra after seeing my shirt! Haley was so sweet and very kind and talked about my grandson. We’ll be back to this Home Depot for great customer service!

This store was clean and had plenty of products. Associates were eager to help and showed me simpler ways to get the same results for all my projects. I went in needing help from the very beginning for 3 projects. This trip was the fastest I've ever experienced in a long time. Thank you!
