Clean store, highly stocked items displayed nicely! Way better than any other HD.

The store is very seldom friendly for the most part the only reason I go here is it is the closest to where i live.

Store was near closing, But I was still able to get immediate assistance. I went there for some rumble stone pavers to complete a job. Fortunately there were enough of one of the pavers to complete the job inside my fence, since the other job was outside the fence and under garbage cans, I was ok w/using a different color paver. Don’t know how often you restock these pavers but it’s spring, HD was packed and probably will be for the weekends through April.

I had a gent working at my house and I did not have enough pavers. I hurriedly went to HD in hopes of getting immediate attention. After a few minutes there was a cart and 3 pp to load my pavers. They quickly loaded my pavers. Finished up with getting my sand while I went to retrieve my car. Then, right on cue they were at check out. The young lady Minda, had the number of various items and skews written down for the cashier. Then the guys were on hand to immediate load my cart. Tristan suggesting I use plastic to line my van as the lawn bags didn’t cover enough area. (it didn’t occur to me). This took maybe 30 min. I was able to return home just in time for my worker to start with the pavers.

The best ever customer services team. Every customer should buy from here and let “Renee M”, “Shorley Torress”, “Collin Obaidah” take care of all of their problems. These 3 people helped me for almost 9 hours solving all my problems and going way beyond what anyone else would have done. I will always go to this store and will always treasure the service I got from all of CS team. The way they treated me left me inspired and taught me how I should treat my customer. We shop here all the time, but my last visit I was very displeased when an employee tried to tell me how to parent my toddler. I pray that he doesn’t have kids because he was way out of line. I do not tell you how to do your job, please do not tell me how to parent my child! I have never had an issue until this visit! I will not fault the store for this man & I will continue to shop here but I will not be nice the next time I have to endure something like this.

Need better customer service like you really need your job!

Horrible service. I go to the Home Depot on Park Blvd in Plano or 121/Ohio in Frisco.

I went to this Home Depot to find faucet supply lines for two bathroom faucets I'd just bought online and had been delivered from Home Depot. These faucets had a "unique" connection. When I asked for help to find the right supply lines they called Jose. However, Jose was a lunch. Jose interrupted his lunch to check out the type of connections my faucet had and help me find the correct supply lines. Such commitment to excellent customer service is extraordinary.

Had trouble navigating the store at first. Nicholas helped us navigate around garden to get Christmas products and Grant helped us net our christmas tree for the holidays quickly. We appreciate the wonderful and efficient customer service!

Having reached the young age of 82 (NOV 9), Home Depot has always been and will continue to be my favorite TOY STORE. The store in THE COLONY, TX has always been a place where I am able to get friendly and knowledgeable service with a smile, folks with expertise to show me the way, and I can continue to get new ideas - just by browsing. Here I can get back to being a kid again.

Great Customer Service

Awful customer service. Go to Eldorado much much much better. We left without making a new stove purchase.

If you have the option - pick a different home depot. The staff turnover effects this store. The individual departments seem to be okay, but the clerks and the returns/store pickup desk is generally a nightmare. Today 7 of us waited for more then an acceptable amount of time. I actually called the store, spoke to the Manager on Duty and asked him to send help because the line was to the door. Staff just wasn't trained to handle returns. One of the hold ups was that the clerk sent his customer to go get a replacement and then stood and leaned against his terminal until the customer got back - oblivious to the crowd building up. The other clerk tried to handle 2 customers but had to wait and wait until someone came and gave him authorization.

I was called to the register as next in line. Someone cut in line then I was told the sales person couln't help me. I went back to the end of a very long line and waited again. Horrible customer service at The Colony, Texas store.

The Home Depot in Sunset Valley will be my first choice. The employees were friendly and helpful. I'm a new homeowner and had lots of questions about tools, materials, etc. They were knowledgeable, and helped me gain some knowledge as well! :)
