This store made me feel very welcome. Everyone was very concerned of my needs and waited on me with a positive attitude ! I will definitely be returning to this store location. Because I was very impressed by the customer service that I received . I recommend everyone to visit this store !

Over the years, there has been countless times where employees do NOT know where inventory is specifically located or even if they have it. Sometimes they don't even know the item you're asking about at the store. This is kind of an enigma when your sales inventory and items are for the DIY homeowner to include hardware.

Thank you for keeping the plumbing department in stocked. We were able to replace all the plumbing under our kitchen sink with the help of many home depot employees!

Every time I shop at Home Depot Tacoma, I have a great experience. The employees are so friendly and willing to help and the customer service desk is so helpful and friendly as well.

Overall a good experience, employees helped if you asked for help or appeared lost. Other stores force their employees to engage every customer within ten feet of them with is only helpful if you really don't know what you're doing. I like the interaction level at this Home Depot, they let you carry on with your business and ask if you need assistance if you looked lost. Everything was real easy to find, cleanliness and order are clearly a priority.

The store is neat and clean, the products are reasonably well-displayed, the associates are generally friendly & polite, and they do try to help although (for me) not all of them are that knowledgeable in whichever department I'm seeking help in. I'll suggest that future stores could have more conveniently located restrooms (the location in the store at Covington, WA, is ideal). It would be nice if store floor plans / department layouts were the same for each store, but it is what it is. Never-the-less, I will continue to shop at Home Depot stores!

Sometimes product isn't where aisle or bin # says online, but the employees at this store ask if you want help rather than scurry off when they see two older people. Very friendly and helpful, including offering help out as needed, and answering questions about their products. We see a lot of contractors in here who could drive to any home improvement stores in the area, so they are doing something right! We appreciate the friendly service and extra effort.

Both a Paint Dept employee and Dexter, the self-check employee, were most welcoming and helpful. Dexter is a credit to Home Depot, Tacoma. I explained in my online review. I am happy to do so again. In brief, without any pressure, as I asked him a question about checking out, he came over to answer my question. Then, he ask if I would like to save $25. I was buying $75 worth of deck stain. I would usually say, "No thank you." However, he was so without guile that I said, "Yes." He patiently and clearly guided me through the process and I left, HAPPY! I do shop regularly at Home Depot and leave feeling eager to get home.This time I was a bit pleased!

The associates were very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure I make sure I left the store with the water hoses I needed.

On 5/1/2019 I went got purchase a new washer. Found the one I was looking for and it was on sale but at check out sales person charged me more and when I called it to her attention she started two dancing with various excuses. At that time I should have walked away from the situation as I had a very bad feeling but I needed a new washer. This situation bothered me the rest of the day (bad feeling). Will be going back on 5/3 and cancel the order and fight to get any restocking fee waived.

This store is convenient to I-5 freeway and the staff in window coverings are friendly, and helpful.

I love this store, the employees are very helpful, not only are they knowledgeable, they take time with you and walk you through the store. I love the garden center, well stocked. This Tacoma store surpasses the others.

Very helpful workers and respectful

I was returning items. No other customer was waiting. Three cashiers we at the desk but no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. Took too long to help me.
