The employees here are great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. We are working on updating our home, and anything we go in for we have been able to find, and if we have any questions their staff are always willing to help.

When I was checking out I was asked if I wanted a bag and when I responded no, I was still charged for it. I went to the customer service desk and told them about it, they offered me a bag, which I didn't want. They then said that they would let the head cashier know. When I told them the name of the cashier on the receipt they chuckled and said "Oh, that is our head cashier". If I didn't have to get home I would have insisted on speaking to the MOD. To Reiterate so it is clear: The Head Cashier STOLE the bag fee from me. Who knows how many others she has done this to and since she's in charge of the cashiers, how many other cashiers are doing this as well.

The tool rental department was very helpful with warranty work required for my RIDGID drill.

Most of the employees stand around together talking (overheard)about people. Other time they are on their personal phones. Customer service employees didn’t know how to make major appliance refund for three days in a row. Finally made it clear I wasn’t going away until the refund was finished. Especially since the appliance was returned four days earlier.

I was greeted at the entrance by several store employees. The store employee who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product I was trying to buy and made it easier to make the Decision to purchase the product. Thank you for the great service

Be sure to ask for Scott, "the tool guy," if shopping here. He personally escorted us to the displays and explained the features of the tools we had in mind so we could make a best informed decision.

Develop a process for verifying that in-store inventory matches inventory listed on the HD web site. I drove ten miles to buy a Makita 5007F listed on the HD web site but had to go to another store because there were none at HD #4701.

Great customer service!

I give this a 3 star because the employees walking around and assisting customers are absolutely phenomenal and very nice. BUT the cashier named JUDY is very disrespectful, she ruined the exceptional customer service from this Home Depot. My mother and I (Asians) had no prior interaction with her and followed the social distancing procedure where we stood behind the red box near the register, and a customer was in front of us already done paying her items so my mother who is HANDICAPPED decided to set down TWO items on the counter but APPARENTLY TO JUDY that’s SUCH a big deal and made a SHOO gestured to my mother, raised her voice at her, gave us both the DIRTIEST STANKIEST face, showed us attitude the entire payment process, BUT continues to smile to every WHITE CUSTOMER. Absolutely revolting.

Christopher or that was his name on his badge was incredibly bias. He judges you based off what he thinks and goes from there. I felt violated and completely disrespected. After I clearly told him that I paid with my debit card and I would like it to be returned to it. I had to get a whole 5 minute round and why he wanted to gift card me. I told him again and the return was only 25.00 and he could find my reciept with my number and he still refused. Finally after words and some unwanted patience on my end and believe me I was done. He put it on my card. What a hassle he made, all because he had his feelings about what and who he thought I was!!

So helpful. The employees have always made my needs feel important. Somehow they always know what I'm talking about, even when I can't find the words to form my own thoughts. Lol

I do not recommend this store if you have a return. We came in to return over $400 of unused pavers accompanied with a receipt and the return clerk Ashley, a short blonde haired girl tried giving us $114 in store credit. We tried explaining to her that we have over $400 of returns and no way is that correct. She then proceeded to talk down to us like we were idiots, before we had to ask for her manager. Franco came and restarted the return correctly and got us our $410 return back. Thanks Franco. But if we based our decision solely on our interaction with Ashley we would never step foot in that door again.

I have had several projects at this store and found little difficulty in them and when I did they rectified them Quickly Love the curtsy of the employees

Needed help in garden center, associate found what I needed. Clean store, well stocked. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Magic was fantastic help for me yesterday picking out items I needed for backsplash project. She went above & beyond helping me pick out everything I needed much appreciated

Over the years I've bought a new roof for our house & garage, siding for the house and garage, washer and dryer, refrigerator, central gas heat for our home, hot water heater for the house, chest freezer, 2 doors for the house and garage, misc hand and power tools and 100's of plants. They you'se to have a hot dog stand outside but the vendor told me home depot wanted more money so she had to shut it down because it was unaffordable or not cost effective. Really liked buying a dog on the way out after shopping. Overall I have rated this store 5 stars for fantastic service and products that have stood the test of time.

OK..but short on help so lines to check out and no help in garden area getting anyone to help load heavy plants or bags of dirt into your car....Recommend if nearest store for you but not for customer service.

In general the store seemed well organized and easy to get to the products. We checked their website which indicated that they had 4 of the BBQ Grill we wanted in stock, so we came here. We only found the floor model and Dena came over to help look for their stock which wasn't to be found on the floor. She offered the floor model which would save us having to assemble it. When we pointed out a dent and some scratches she offered a small discount. We decided that the dent was small and it would get some scratches from use anyway so we accepted. Dena was very easy to work with and added that they had covers large enough if we decided that we would be needed. She brought the unit to the register for us and completed the transaction and called another employee over to help put it on our truck. With the exception of not finding the on hand stock indicated on their website, this was a very good experience... first barbeque set for tonight.

If I could give no stars I would. An employee named “Shelly” would rather argue with a paying customer in front of other paying customers. She would rather state “We don’t do tax exempt anymore.” I informed her I was there only a couple hours prior and used tax exempt. She then continued to state “per new law they are not allowed to do tax exempt” Instead of continuing to argue in front of people we asked to talk to a manager. “Shelly” states in annoyed tone “Fine. But my manager will explain to you people that we no longer do tax exempt. I’ve even went in front of your Council and explained this to you people” “Shelly’s” manager told her to continue with checking me out with tax exempt.

Many aisles blocked so unable to fit cart down them. On this trip did not find as big of selection of plants/scrubs as have in past..
