Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the cashier.

The gentleman attending to self checkout (I think his name was Joey) was doing a great job managing the line and getting customers out the door quickly and efficiently. Good job!

Do not go to this store, employees are not helpful and very rude.

It was unusual that Home Depot didn't have what I needed. It's a shame that employees are not trained to walk the aisles and learn where all the merchandise is. When I was younger I worked in a hardware store and we had to know where every item was located.

This is a very good store to shop at. The people are very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend shopping at this Home Depot.

The Tacoma store is a prime example of quality caring service. Whether or not you are a professional the treatment is the same. I am always thanked for my shopping with a kind gesture of a good day. All the employees are knowledgeable and go out of their way to please customers. As an airline employee I am very pleased to received such kind service almost as a payback for my own hard work! I commend you for a job well done!

The Associates at the service desk are always friendly and helpful.

Worst service. Returned items on Friday, checked my Visa account, no money returned. Determined Cashier put ALL money to store credit because 2 small items could not be found. Called store was told by ASM Jordan could be voided and returned to Visa. Get to Store SS desk Franco tried to help, but got nowhere. ASM Veronika arrived, printed off some receipts and said her you go. Excuse me? States she thought I just needed receipts after I specifically told her the problem. She then tries to blame the staff saying she got different info from multiple people. I stated I had just told her exactly the problem was that I needed money back to my Visa not a store credit. What kind of manager puts blame on thier staff? Finally comes up with "tricking the system" by making a purchase on the POS and then providing a forced cash refund. This required that I then had to go to my bank to make a deposit into my Visa account. ASM Veronika very combative. I asked what they were going to do to comp for my missed work time 2+ hours and having to go to bank due to thier mistake. Just looked at me. I stated I was already offered a comp by SS employee. She said she could mark something down up to $20. I said I don't have time to go looking for something in the moment had to get back to work and my missed 2+ hours was worth more than $20. Asked if discount be used later. Was told no. Then tells me "You could always use some toilet paper". I was like Excuse me? She tried to recover and say that she didn't really mean it as an insult only that "everbody needs toilet paper". OMG this is the leadership? When I had an issue at the blue box they offered a business card with name/amount/signature to be used later. Evidently this is beyond the scope of Home Depot ASMs. Although longer distance.... I will be shopping the Blue guys.

There staff are willing to help even if they are busy they will find the way to assist you.

I went in this Home Depot to buy a light fixture for the huge remodel we are currently doing. Could not get help even though there were several employees standing in the aisle ways. I approached 2 employees to ask for help and was told by one she needed to find a phone first and they both kept walking. I went back to the lighting section to see if she was able to send me any help. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went in search again. I found another employee and asked him to please help me since I had already asked for help and none had arrived. His was reply was "you must be use to rejection". He did go back to the lighting section, he was of absolute no help. I actually found the product on the shelf. The last thing a person wants to do is be humiliated and belittled in a store just asking for help. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending that this store chain not be used if this is the kind of employees Home Depot has on staff.

Nick in tools and Kim the cashier were both amazing :) all of the staff today was SUPER helpful and made sure I had all I needed and answered all my questions, thank you.

So far I like to purchase in this store because of the organize layout.

Products are easy to find, prices are competitive and as well discounts.

The Tacoma store is easy to access from the freeway. The store is tidy and well stocked. The people in the self check out were friendly and helpful when I needed to purchase items and not pay tax using my resale number.

The store is always well stocked with great customer service. When purchasing high price items there have been great sales prices, as much as 25% off a sale over $3,000. The cashers are always very kind. Crystal is a superstar!

I was told by the Home Depot associate that they do not price match their own online store prices because their online site out sells their store locations! Nothing but bad experiences at Home Depot when dealing with their associates. They do not know their own store policies. Their price match guarantee does not apply here at the Tacoma, WA location if you want to know.

every time I'm goin to this place is always happy employees waiting at the door is this sweet lady always smiling make you feel like home and the check point is sweet young woman her name is Crystal always smiling you just want to come back over and over

Harvey in Electrical was so helpful and humorous. Made my husband and I smile the entire time while helping us.
