I have the military/veterans discount set up on our home depot account. I generated the qr code for the cashier. He scanned it then asked for proof of militaryID. we had that verified through the home.depot app so we did not.have a military ID with us. Except an old benefits card. The cashier told my husband that he is not a real.veteran. that is the most offensive thing I have ever heard someone say to a veteran. If I see this employee there when I go there from now on I will not shop there. I will go the the Nprth Tacoma home depot Instead

This transaction should never have been allowed without id. Or if they had my I'd they should have been able to tell it was not me making the purchase.

Patricia in garden she is go great with customer and has a friendly smile, she help my husband and I and show up what flowers that would work in the shade. Thank you Patricia as know as Sue

Half the shelves were empty, only ever saw 3 employees and 2 were talking to eachother. dont know if this store even has management but ive seen lemonade stands run better.

Worst Home Depot I’ve been too. Treat the customers like trash.

A store employee asked if I needed help and then sent me in the wrong direction. I found the product on my own.

Family of 4, not home improvement contractors. Our questions have always been addressed to our complete satisfaction. Previously we remodeled our kitchen. Today buying $4500 in wood etc for shed. DEX made checkout easy with 4 carts of goods.

Scott was not only very helpful, he was patient, understanding and a very nice person. He is also a veteran and after putting his years in the service, is now working at Home Depot.

I always prefer to shop at the Home Depot. Customer service is fantastic, sales associates always know where the items we're looking for are at and many times take us right to the item.

If you are ever in the need for a washer/dryer ask for AJ he will make sure that what you want in an appliance is what you end up with. The cashier that helped us at the front was supper nice and helpful and the manager as well.

Great Customer service! Staff are always arm open friendly. Cashiers need an adjustment on the way they talk to customers. I love the store but bad mouth on a few of them.

I always have had great service at The Home Depot. The products were always available and the store was clean. It was easy to flag down an associate for assistance. The associates were always friendly and knowledgeable which makes shopping and decision making easier.

I felt very well taken care of. I wouldn't go anyplace else now. Incredible employees, stock and assistance.

My experience at THD on 5/22/2021 was very pleasant, their was diversity in the employees, the store was clean and other customers were friendly as if they were enjoying the shopping experience at THD. There were sufficient products and a good variety of vendors displayed. The window department had too many choices but it was not in disarray. Checking out was great! Rodney saw me looking for a place to check out he asked if I was ready, directed me to his checkout stand and asked if I found what I needed, offered great conversation and explained the survey to me. This was a great experience!

This store is nice all I need is clean, everything I need in gardening and things I need for the house is easy to find here this is my best store for home and garden

The customer service is rude and unprofessional

Are you a fan of the growing epidemic of rude, bad-attitude, "customers annoy me" employees? Do you love knowing that at least one item on your list will be out of stock, no matter how often you visit? Get a thrill from contemplating the total apathy and indolence behind creating such a predictable, consistent customer experience? Then you're going to love this location. As for me, I'm taking all my future Home Depot business to the Spanaway store (where they know how to do business with people) because I'm sick of spending my hard-earned cash to be treated like crap.

I've always used this Home Depot for many of my project needs. Great store and the customer service is grand.

While I have had some sketchy experiences here, this last experience was AMAZING! We had the pleasure of working with A man who loaded our car, Ben, and he not only was super experienced with the forklift, he had the most superb customer service! I am hoping he is here when we come back for the rest of our mulch later this week!

One time I Brought in the long gutter spout from the side of my house because it fell off and wouldn’t fit they said they had never seen this before. But they made a special fitting right in the store and I put it back on at my house and saved at buying a new gutter spout thing

It's always a pleasure to shop here. It's like Toys R Us for big kids!
