Pretty Kenya is good and nice cashier

It was fantastic almost every employee ask if you need assistance and usually keith helps me out he's awesome he even helped me with a few recommendations.

Today we got very good help from a store associate, all the items we needed for a complex pump repair were in stock, and there were enough check-out persons working. Good work, HD.

Mark in plumbing and Mike in paint departments are awesome!!!! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help even if it’s not in their department. They are very great associates and this store would not be as high on my list without them two.

When you visit the Sylacauga,Al store and need lumber products...insist on having JASON help you! If you don't see it in a rack..that smiling guy will find it for you!

This Home Depot is always clean & well stocked and if some items have to be special ordered the staff is always friendly and helpful with that process. Picking up special orders and checkout is easy too. It's a pleasure to shop here.

Team lead impersonated a store manager. Refused to honor a 3 year with receipt. Called neighboring store and told them if we came in do not honor service plan or exchange.

Went to the Home Depot in sylaguca al! There I needed help finding an appliance! Mr. Yates at the appliance section helped me out! Great experience and great deal on the dish washer!

I applied for a Home Depot credit card and it was approve on the phone then I got a letter stating it was not approved. This not good business I would have most likely purchase some at lower price if I new. I have to pull money out of my savings to pay this now. I will most likely not buy any other products from Home depot and I will let all everyone know of how this done

GREAT STORE

Great help from everyone that was involved in our order, from the moment we walked in the store, to picking out what we needed, to checking out and having plenty of help to load our vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. That kind of help is rare to find in most stores but the guys/girls went over and beyond to help.

I appreciate the employees willingness to help and always having a smile. Good customer service is getting harder to find, but the employees at this store always seem to have it. I've always been helped by very cordial employees who make sure you get what you need. Other companies could learn much from these employees regarding Old Fashioned courtesy!! I've never dreaded going into this store!

Home Depot in Sylamacauga is gnarly. Futuristic with that self checkout. Everything is organized and pretty easy to find. Heck, it was downright clean in there too. They have the friendliest staff.
