Great customer service. Had to return a generator that had an issue with a solenoid right out of the box. When the manufacturer (DuroMax) told me I would have to perform the repairs myself, I contacted Home Depot customer service and they said no, bring it back to the store. Lisa and her Manager took care of the return and assisted in ordering a replacement generator. Excellent customer service.

The Employees could not have been less helpful or more incompetent. I will Happily spend more money elsewhere just so I don't have to see that trademark deer frozen in the headlights look your associates give when you ask for assistance, followed by the inevitable "let me find someone else". I was going to buy a dishwasher for my home, and the materials for a wheelchair ramp for my father who has terminal cancer for Christmas this year, but if my patronage, time, and inconvenience means so little to you, I would have to be an absolute imbecile to spend my money with your company.

The Sylacauga Home Depot store is always very clean, stocked and the staff including management always go out of their way to help and satisfy their customers. I am a very hard person to please, but they always succeed in doing so. I highly recommend this Home depot to anyone looking to buy building materials. The management team there is top notch and are always very polite, friendly and helpful.

Overpriced and poorly managed. Departments are constantly shorthanded, it isn't like this at their other store in Alexander City for some reason.

If your a Veteran, don't bother to state such because they don't care.

This is a good Home Depot store. The store is clean and neat. The people are helpful and actually know what they are doing. The person working in appliances was especially nice and very helpful. We probably would not have made the purchase that we did if it were not for her.

These people were just plain rude to me. One refused to check me out, had to get a manager. Then, no one offered to help me load the hotwater heater. Unbelievable!!!

The associates at the Sylacauga Home Depot were very helpful in assisting us with the purchase of an appliance for our home, especially Sarah. We will certainly do business there again. I wish that the store in Alexander City, where we live, was as helpful.

The cashiers are always so friendly! On the other hand we had a question about blinds.The employee and his supervisor were extremely unfriendly and had a very condesending attitude.

Sylacauga Home Depot is a great store. Everyone is always friendly. The store is always clean & neat. If I have any questions, someone is always willing to answer them & point me in the right direction.

Rudest employees of any Home Depot store I've visited!

You need to remove the returns department and put checkout cashiers there. So you don't have to walk all over the store to get checked out. People with handicap problems such as COPD have trouble walking long distances and it is very inconvenient to do so.

I went in to buy a lock-set for a door at my house. I found the lock-set I wanted then ask a floor person if I could get someone to re-key the lock-set for me. She made the call for someone to help me. No one came so a recall was made and in a few minutes some guy from the office came out and ask what I needed. I told him, to have this lock-set re-keyed he told me no one was on duty that could do that so I left. On the way home I called the store and ask if someone would be there tomorrow. the Lady I talked to came back after a bit and said there was someone there that could re-key the lock set for me. So I turned around and went back. Liz from hardware was there to meet and she did accomplish what I needed done, re-key the new lock set to my old key. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and apologized for the delay in service. She is the one that made the sale and is also the reason I will return to this store. What would be good to find out is why the guy " from the office " had no clue who was working that day.

Always friendly and efficient in check out and information on products. A very nice and clean store and well organized!!

This store has some of the nicest people I have ever met. Every department seems to be staffed with people who know their job, and have the ability to assist me in anything I'm doing. They are friendly, outgoing and even when I bring my dog with me, the door greeter, John, has a treat for him. He looks for John every time we come in, and gets really excited when he sees him at the door. The ladies at the service desk are always cheerful and helpful.

We have always been very happy shopping at this store. The employees are always so nice and willing to assist customers. Today we wanted to purchase a refrigerator and stand alone freezer and Rose was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Sylacauga Home Depot to everyone.

Never been here that I was not greeted by every employee or manager. Super friendly always smiling eager to help me. Definitely other stores need to model theres after this store.
