I came in the store looking for items that online said they had several of but none were on the shelf Nichol wouldn’t stop searching until she found what I needed and that meant more to me than she knows plus she had the greatest attitude ever thanks Nichol we need more ppl like you in life

Built 17 × 12 deck turned out beautiful, but the materials used were not up to standard. Had to return an swap out alot of the wood, an railing

Clay & Dwayne helped deliver a very heavy safe into our garage after a 3rd party carrier had left our safe in the middle of a one-way, gated road. They came quickly and were able to pickup the safe, load it into the truck, drive it to our home all within a timely & professional manner.

I purchased a propane grill and it wasn’t working properly. They made the exchange incredibly easy.

The lady with the black Bob wig and drawed on eye brows was extremely rude.

Our Excellent Customer Service Experience at Sylacauga Home Depot 1-Availability. Elysia set an appointment with us on the day we called. 2-Knowledgeable. Elysia 'knew' the product we were seeking. She showed us differences between products so we could choose the style we desired. 3- Patience. Elysia walked us through the entire process. Looking at the Bali book, samples on the floor & pictures on line. 4-Accomodating. Elysia allowed us to take the Bali book home to compare swatches to our home decor. Excellent Service from Elysia

A normal trip anywhere to ask a question to a employee answer it's over there somewhere this isn't my department.

The employees in the Garden Department were absolutely Amazing. I came in for seeds because I looked online and it said there were some in stock. I was not able to find what I was looking for, but Caitlyn W., Elizabeth B. and Joey C. made absolute certain that I did not leave upset or empty handed. I can absolutely tell how much Joey in particular enjoys his work in the Garden Department.

This Sylacauga HD group of employees actually cares, and it shows. I've been in and out of this location multiple times a week throughout 2020 and the first half of 2021...the "Covid times", and this location has handled every transaction of mine, from the smallest bag of screws to the largest order of framing materials, with the professionalism we all have come to expect from HD. This store just feels more catered to the pro than some of their competitors. I just wanted to let you all know that we see this, and we greatly appreciate it. Those of us that remodel for a living, we depend on stores like this to quickly get us what we need so we can get back to the job....Thank you for doing what you do. I know it's hard to find the time to say nice things online (although people always find the time to complain if something goes wrong), but I just wanted to take a few minutes to compliment this group of people. It's not just a big box HD location. This is a group of employees that have families and appreciate the fact that they have a good job. It shows. I see it everytime I walk in this store.

THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN MOST OF THE TIME GLAD TO HAVE THEM IN OUR TOWN

I must tell you about my wonderful experience on 05.19.2021 with your amazing Store Associate named Faith in Sylacauga, Alabama. My visit was to purchase a Troy-Bilt walk behind trimmer mower. I looked in the aisle with the other string trimmers and could not find the item, so I asked an Associate that did not know where they were but paged for additional assistance. Faith answered the call and asked, ‘how can I help you?’ She looked for a moment and then said ‘let’s check the front wall’. There was one on display and we found others still in boxes on the very top of the pallet racking. “Let me get that down for you!” she said as she marched-off with a purpose. Following every safety guideline set forth by Home Depot, she obtained two expandable safety gates, another Store Associate, and the lift that she was going to operate. I said to the young man in a very kidding manner: “are you going to let that lady do all the work?” He smiled and said: “No one in this store can out-work Faith!” She positioned the lift, attached the safety harness, and up she goes to top of the racking. Faith did not say – let me find someone that can help you or, let me get someone that can get that down; she owned the situation and was going to see that her customer was properly taken care of herself!

I wished all employee every where was as nice and helpful as she was.. it was 8:30 and they closed at 9 she never one time rushed us or acted like she was ready to go.. I could not ask for better service or prices.

Kristina went above and beyond when she saw me struggling at the self check out. She was courteous and asked me if I needed any assistance. I am from Auburn, AL and had to make a trip to Birmingham so I thought I would stop at this location because the Home Depot where I was from was out of what I was looking for.
