I was in Home Depot this past weekend and have never been treated better at any store I have been in. The store was clean, the sales associates went above and beyond to help and stock was good. I will be back.

It is always the employees that make a store. If you are looking for something it is easy to find someone to ask

I bought some industrial torpedo heaters a few weeks ago for an industrial job that Mr. Tony helped me with and they are great.

He was very knowledgeable for online order questions and helped me out more than enough!

I was greeted with friendly employees and was asked by several workers if I needed help. One employee took my list and located all my items quickly. Tony at the service desk offered better items, while keeping my budget in mind. Everyone knew a lot about their store and where the items are—down to the shelf!

This was my 1st flooring project & Rebekah at this Homedepot was so helpful in helping me choose the right color and quality I needed for my kitchen floor. I recommend shopping at this location, their customer service and availability of products was second to none! Store Manager, David and his team should be applauded.

I went to this Home Depot and bought a hot water heater and was denied my military discount. I have been in this store a lot and have always gotten my military discount no questions asked. The cashier was a little rude and wouldn’t even give me the discount. I will be going to some other home improvement store that will honor the military discount

The cashier noticed a box had been taped back, after looking inside finding that part of the kit was missing she corrected the issue by getting another box before I left and would ultimately having to return to the store, Ms April is what’s expected for exceptional customer service. Thank you

I can always get what I need at this Home Depot and it's a clean store but this is not what I love about it. The people that work here are so friendly. If you are not welcomed and spoken to at minimum 3 times be surprised. Seems like every associate you pass gives a warm welcome no matter what section of the store you are in.

Was able to buy name brand washer and dryer set at a comparable price to other similar stores. Quick sales by a very courteous salesman. Wanted a set with simple knobs for an older lady. They had this available.

I always have a great experience. I cant see myself going somewhere else.

The Dewalt drill bit,trailer light kit,wood products and hardware surpassed my expectations. Priced right and good quality. P.S. The utility trailer turned out great.

The cashier helped me decide what flowers to but for my wife’s anniversary

The Home Depot in Sylacauga has everything I need for my projects and some. The associates are always very helpful and know where everything is. They sometimes, if they are able to get away from their spot, walk with me to show me and find the things I am in need of. Some associates go above and beyond to satisfy their customer needs.

The service I received from Cain was incredible. He was helpful and polite. I would recommend this store and this associate to anyone.

I love this store almost everyone is great at doing their jobs and always looking to help out their customers. Especially miss Christina in the pro desk and Wayne in the pro loading area both of them are amazing at what they do. The only thing negative I have have to say about this store is the lumber department employees don't help that much at all.

Always a treat to go to the Sylacauga Home Depot whether looking for plants and flowers or something for the house. The store is always clean, the employees welcoming.

The race car shopping carts for children with the steering wheels is so awesome and makes shopping a much more pleasant experience! They love them!!!

If you need help shopping or loading you might want to try a different Home Depot. No one wanted to work. They watched us look lost finding a door no help. Then watched us load our own door again no help.

Wonderful shopping experience and great help with self check out; while using a store credit for a return.

I live about 25 miles from Sylacauga. And when I need something for my house for upkeep, I always go to Home Depot. They always have what I need.

So I have always loved this store but lately your employees have really started to drop the ball on customer service and appreciation. And some of them are just flat out rude.
