This took some time but he was very friendly and it wasn’t really his department. We flagged him down in the returns for help. Out of 8 people behind the counter not doing anything really he was the one to acknowledge our call for help.

Went to this store in late fall to shop for a shed. We were unable to locate an associate to help us. When one finally did show up he directed us online to answer all of our questions and acted inconvenienced. We recently were in need of a lawn mower, weed eater and leaf blower so we decided to give this store another shot. The associate Alexandra in garden was very helpful. However, the boxes were in the wrong places making trying to figure out the price difficult. The products we wanted were in boxes that were in rough condition. We were informed that it is because the forklifts hit the boxes and tear them up. Upon going to the register the cashier Taylor was very nice and offered a 15% discount. The discount was approved by a supervisor and we applied for a credit card. The system did not allow for the discount and the credit card coupon. Mickayla was called up and began to berate the cashier and then argue with us that we could not have the 15% discount. While we were waiting for a manager another customer went to the register near by and got a 10% discount for waiting in line. We are fine without a discount but the fact that it was approved then we were told by another supervisor that it was not ok was irritating. She then began to unbox the mower to make sure it was not damaged to prove her point that she would not give us the perviously approved discount. Very frustrating experience.

I had a delivery of lumber dropped off for a pergola build. I called ahead of time AND visited the store (in the midst of COVID) to confirm that they would bring quality lumber. When they delivered, part of my order was missing. I also didn't get notified that delivery was on it's way (technically I did at 1400, but the delivery showed up at 0700 - 7 hours before the alert). After inspection I found 2 of 8 bad 6x6x12 timbers, 14 of 25 bad 2x6x12, 3 of 15 bad 2x6x8, and 2 of 10 bad 2x8x12. Nearly 40% of my lumber was unsatisfactory. that's not what I expect from the Home Depot.

I have been a Home Depot customer for the last 30 years and have spent thousands of dollars at many different Home Depot's. Typically I have a very good experience and everyone provides great customer service and is always willing to help a customer. I thought I would try ordering online with curbside pickup with COVID-19 and since I'm a senior citizen that is disabled it probably would be best. Also you heavily promote curbside pick up on your website. I placed the order at 5:40 AM, your website did say most orders filled within two hours however because of current events orders could be delayed. I understand and thought no big deal. I was hoping to pick up by the next morning. Surely over 24 hours later my order would be ready as it was a small order with just three different items that consisted of 5 sheets of plywood, a light switch and two driveway reflectors. After 13 hours of waiting I never recieved any communication of my order being ready so I texted via your website and I received a text back saying messaging is temporarily suspended to call your customer service team, which I did. After being on hold for over half an hour I hung up. Then I tried cancelling my order online and that became a complicated mess with doubts that my paid charges would be credited back to me so I stopped the cancellation.  The next morning I went to the Home Depot location my order was with at 6:00 AM as the website hours stated open 6:00 AM. It was not open and I waited with several other customers until the doors were opened 10 minutes late. Went to the customer service counter and waited about 5 minutes while customer representative Gabriela made eye contact with me then proceeded to ignore me while doing something on a computer. When she finished she offered her assistance, I then explained my situation which she promptly and rudely informed me that they get over 500 online pick up orders everyday and their all running late. I was flabbergasted by her response, the tone of her voice and attitude of contempt. She obviously could care less about me as the customer. At this point I just wanted my merchandise. She told me I could get it myself with no offer of assistance. I then asked her once I get the merchandise I already paid for online where do I go? She told me to come back to the customer service desk, which I did. Gabriela then tried to charge me again for the items I already paid for. I then tried to go out the door and was yelled at by some other rude unhappy employee that I can't go out that door and I have to go out the self check out door. Please remember I am a senior citizen that is disabled struggling pushing an awkward cart with 5 sheets of plywood. I understand things are challenging right now and I ignored each little inconvenience I experienced and sympathize with what the employees are going through. However it was far too many issues and the fact nobody at this Home Depot location seemed to care about the customer. I walked past at least a dozen employees and not one said good morning or offered any assistance. Two employees walked by me as I struggled loading the plywood off the middle rack onto my cart with no offer to assist. Whatever happened to the 10 foot rule of customer service? A very poor experience with no empathy for the customer, no apologies offered, no assistance, no guidance or help. All attributes of a successful business managed by a strong customer focused manager and team. Obviously a very poorly managed location as basic customer service is not part of the equation at this Home Depot.  On a final note. Why is Home Depot taking orders online for curbside pickup if they can't handle the volume? Other retailers that do so successfully are limiting how many by a few each hour. Sometimes they are booked out several days. At least you can make an informed decision if you want to do curbside pick up or not. I will never go back to this location.

    Ordered a firepit for store pick up, went to this store the following day and was told they would have to use the forklift to get it off the shelf. They said they couldn't find someone to operate the forklift but I saw two different people running it. Waited almost two hours and they still didn't get it so I gave up and went to a different store. Bought a propane tank for the firepit while I was waiting, when I got home I realized it was empty. THEY MADE ME WAIT ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR A STORE PICK UP AND SOLD ME AN EMPTY PROPANE TANK! WHO DOES THAT? Who knows how long I might have waited had I not given up. I usually love Home Depot but never going back to this store.
