The store is clean and the staff are customer friendly. They provide great service. The products in the store are easy to find.

Leonnie was so helpful on this trip! She helped me with everything I needed. Explained things I did not understand and gave me advice on what brand to buy. There was an older man in the blinds section who was in charge of cutting blinds and he was so helpful by drawing a diagram of how the blinds should be installed. I did not get his name. My regular person to go to is Gwen but she was off that day and I gained a second favorite person to go to now! I like this Home Depot. I don’t feel overwhelmed.

Polar opposite employees. Jeni could not have been more rude and unpleasant. I have never faced such poor customer service in a Home Depot. On the other hand, Alison was gracious, efficient, personable, and exemplified the type of customer service which brings me back to Home Depot.

I have never had an issue with this location. The employees are always nice and very helpful.

The customer service I received in this store was over and above what I have received in any other Home Depot store! I had an issue with a purchase and the assistant manager Liz went very much out of her way to personally help me. The cashier who helped me Kevon was very kind as well. I have other Home Depot stores near me but will return to this one because of the excellent customer service I received!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Adolfo is very rude . Told me to calculate an estimate on special order by myself.. which is fine . But this is not the way to respond to someone asking you for assistance. Very poor customer service

Store is very big & spacious. I can usually find everything I need unless it’s out of stock. Definitely needs more associates and needs more cashiers.

Big store, clean and fully stocked

The associates at the Paint counter in particular were NOT friendly or helpful, and were not taking care of any other customers. This Sunrise FL HD is a convenient location for many and has ample parking. I will return here.
