Lots of great and knowledgeable employees at this location.

I went into home depot with my husband to purchase some products for one of our condos and was greeted by one of the employees who stayed with us until we completed our shopping to make sure we got the correct items we needed .

I have used Home Depot to redo my kitchen and was very happy with the workmanship and the speed which with they finished the job .

First visit to this store as I am a snowbird from Canada spending winter in the area. The staff I dealt with were very polite and helpful. The selection was great. One issue I had was that the product I picked up was in a bay with a different price. More attention needs to be paid to making sure products are in their correct bays, so customers aren’t surprised at the price at the checkout.

This store is close to my home, the customer service from all employees is always great, some have went above and beyond to help the customers, they are professional and polite, they have very great quality products and always sufficient quantity, most of my home renovation products are from Home Depot since 2000 and their return policy is great.

I was recently assisted by HEATHER in the Garden Dept, and was absolutely thrilled with her assistance! She was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about resolving my issues. She definitely went the extra mile to ensure I left with the exact items I needed and a very happy customer! A++ to Heather in the Garden Dept!

I'm a former property manager and tradesman and have dealt with many supply locations and similar businesses throughout my career. This store absolutely shines! It is organized, neat, and staffed with great people.

I have been going to Home Depot on 2901 North University Dr. in Sunrise, FL. for over 3 years now. I’ve had 2 maybe 3 people that have gone out of their way to assist (3 years!) and only 2-3 people. Today, Wednesday, October 19th, 2022 Marcos and James went out of their way to assist also. I came in with a picture of what I needed. James assisted me by looking it up on their gadget (sorry I don’t know what those hands held things are called) and walked me directly to the isle. He noticed James was there so he said, “James will take it from here.” And James looked at the picture and found it for me and handed it to me. Forgive me, but am I the only person that expects this kind of GREAT service??? For too long, we have been distancing ourselves and because of that we’ve forgotten what “customer service” means: to assist the customer. Nice to finally see others are beginning to show that again. We are all customers and we all deserve to be treated with kindness, and respect because we are humans. Thank you again Marcos & James.

Very slow paint department

Besides the good quality and good prices I know Home Depot has, I want to highlight the quality of people I have found in this location, very nice, friendly and willing to work with the customer

Interacting with Mr Joseph(plumbing dept) & addressing concerns with Ms Kelly. Due to Homedepots web site showing that needed item was sold there, I traveled to store #0258 on 06/23/22 @ 20:52 Hrs. Having no shelf label, I asked Mr Joseph about the availability of 3/8 in. x 50 ft. Coil White PEX-B Pipe, Model #U855W50 Store SKU #541028. Mr Joseph rudely told me they were out & there was a label. Standing there for 10-15mins checking other stores, he addressed everyone in this manner.

I bought a new trimmer top and lawn mower oil.

The parking lot of the sunrise store wreaks of urine and is full of trash. Customer service here is in the crapper.

I find my products easily

The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to assist in product information and applications

Nania assisted me in getting a cart. She went above and beyond to find my missing phone, she offered me a chair, even though no one answered the phone when the number was called she did not give up. She announced over the intercom and called the number repeated. When someone did respond she went and collected the phone. Thanks to associate and the person who returned the phone. Thanks again.

If you see the name tag "glenda" at the pro pickup don't bother thinking she is there to help you. She will blow you off to play with her phone or look up her paystubs while you stand there. When you call her on her nonsense she tells you her register is for online pick up only.

Always a pleasurel would recommend friends

Spent over half an hour waiting for assistance with an air conditioner filters, as the size that I needed the display was empty. Boxes behind the display were out of reach, no one came over to assist me after they were paged 3 times, not even a manager on sight!

Have lived here 46 years and always frequented the Home Depot on University Dr. and SR84 in Davie. When the Sunrise store was built, I shopped there a few times and was disappointed. They didn’t have enough employees and the ones they had seemed clueless about the products. I was so pleased to see, on my recent visit, that the Sunrise store employees are now knowledgeable and as helpful as the Davie store. Congratulations, Home Depot!
