Purchase a Christmas tree last minute and received an amazing discount and awesome service!

Can claim, without a doubt, that I always find items in stock.

During my recent trip to Home Depot, I was greeted by employee Eduardo Rosales at this store (#0258), I asked him where to find the sprinkler covers and he escorted me to the area. He then got a stool and retrieved the items for me. Eduardo was so nice and helpful to me.

Employees know absolutely nothing. Waited for assistance for over 30 minutes. Never coming back

The paint is as good as any other stores that i bought from, for a lower price.

One of the Best Home Depot Stores .. Helpful staff ..

We went in looking for a new fridge after our $4,000 GE one broke down after six years! yes that's right six years. So we went this location which seemed busy for a Thursday night. We were tired and needed to get a fridge quickly because this was obviously unexpected. After waiting almost fifteen minutes with no one in the appliance section and feeling highly frustrated one employee made the difference and her name is Martha. She turned a bad situation into the best customer service experience I've had in possibly the last ten years. She went above and beyond as well as was very sympathetic to our situation. This never happens these days but Martha is the consummate professional! I would more specifically recommend Martha

I had the best shopping experience I’ve had at a Home Depot in a very long time. Starting from the manager and then Loraine in blinds and Martha in the washer dryer section helped me pick everything I needed. They were polite, knowledgeable, and help me understand the different products. The store was clean and organized and everything that I was looking for was in its place. There was no searching all over. If you are looking for a home improvement products this is the best Home Depot to visit.

Outstanding customer service from "Kevin" in flooring. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and installation.

My only experience was with the flooring department. They really need to put more competent people there. Something as simple as getting help putting the 19 laminate packages we ordered on the cart, they could not do. We asked for assistance and the 2 ladies in charge of the department were of no help. We went to a cashier to get assistance and all she did was re-direct us back to the 2 ladies that were not helping. We ended up doing it ourselves. And, then it came time to order the stair nose molding. I've never seen someone struggle so much to apply a 10% discount (we were promised) to an order. It took over 30 mins. We ended up leaving without the discount because the lady could not figure out how to apply it. Now, a few days later, I'm wondering why I haven't received email confirmations and shipping details - come to find out after calling that the original lady that placed the order did not update my email address. I can't tell you how many times we provided the email during checkout. She spelled my last name wrong too. Old company information on the order. What a disaster of a human being.
