The store told me my online order was ready for pickup and I drove over an hour to the store and the order was not ready. I was then told my order would not be ready for another month.

Can't believe anyone would shop at Lowe's w/ this store almost across the street. This store has better brands and better prices with the new added bonus of an automotive section.

The store was organized and clean and there wasn't a lot of people allowed in at one time (Covid-19) shows management cares about the people as well as sales

Overall what you would expect from Home Depot. I will say the people were great they are in very helpful. Also the stores kept clean and neat so things are easy to find. Keep up be good work.

I enjoy my local store because the staff are awesome with assisting folks and are just down right friendly! The store always has great deals and values on needed items and not just stuff. The employees are knowledgable and very helpful.

Cashier was rude!!!!! Didn’t care about customer service!!! Will not mention name, but if she didn’t want to be there, QUIT!!! Find another job that you can be happy with! No smiles, no greetings, rush us out. Wow!

Store is neat, clean, organized and well stocked. Employees offer excellent customer service and go above and beyond for the customers.

We found this store to have well trained knowledgeable employees willing to help with home improvement projects. Dennis helped us organize replacing our front door and shudders and Jim helped with the new door handle lockset. Ashley in the paint department was also very helpful. These employees as well as customer service and cashiers were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

This was the first time I had used their online order/pick-up in store tool. Can't be more pleased with the experience. Super courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend online ordering and this store.

Very clean store, always easy to find help!

I really like Home Depot and shop the Spartanburg store. There is always an associate somewhere nearby who can help and actually wants to and is very pleasant doing so. It's like an old time hardware store where people actually know about their area and are willing to give you a few tips if you need them. Clearly they want the customer to find what they need quickly and they take pride in what they do. More stores should follow their lead.
