The store is neat and clean. Items are neatly arranged and are easy to locate. The staff is friendly and ready to assist customers.

We just got groceries and when we got home our refrigerator had stopped working and just when we were low on money before payday and the home Depot credit card was a life saver thanks to all the store employees that help us

Great experience shopping here today Friday 12-31-20. A big thanks to both young men in the lumber dept. for cutting an 8 ft. piece of board down to 4 exact lengths that I needed for extra bookcase shelving. The pieces were a perfect fit! Great and courteous customer service! Hats off to both gentlemen!

Can't say enough about my trip to this HD location. Johnika was going to see to it she could resolve the situation. Long story short, they were out of the item I had traveled from NC to purchase and she finally was able to offer me a similar but more expensive item at the price of the original item. It was worth the drive!

I generally shop the Eastside Store. Needed something that was only in stock on the west side or Greenville. Probably would have been faster to make the drive past this site to Greenville. Blown off by multiple employees, waited 42 minutes to get something off the top shelf.

The customer service I received on December 11th, 2020 was above and beyond even what I would expect, and I'm VERY " Old school" about customer service. The item I was shopping for was not in the designated location, but the employee who OFFERED to assist me did not rest until he found where it was stored and had it on my cart. Every employee I saw, and there were a dozen or more, was super friendly and courteous. It was a great way to start my day, as I was shopping at 6:00 am. The store itself was very neat, clean and well organized. I have consistently had good experiences at this location, but this was BY FAR the best ever !

Yes the store was clean. The employees were quick to help me get my item and load it for me. Would diffinately recommend this store for all your home improvements and garden supplies.

Items in the store are easily accessible. Whenever assistance is needed, an associate is always available to help and assist. The store was very clean and tidy. My favorite part of this particular store is the people. This store's workers go above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable shopping experience at every part of the shopping process.

Customer Service is terrible!! They argued with me about whether they were being helpful?!! It took well over 45 mins to check out properly, 10 mins after closing time.
