I always shop here for my projects. I am always greeted when I enter the store. I usually can find what I need... What is a bit irritating is pallets of products blocking areas and shelves making it difficult to get to. Another biggie...the ladies room... I had too make a pit stop... Dark with only one lightbulb working since all the others were out... Not very clean. I will still shop here as i usually will find what need. You just need to do some house keeping.

Purchased the T13 Indoor Christmas Tree today and went home and put it together and it's beautiful. Gonna leave it up!

I always find what I'm looking for and it for some reason it doesn't fit...there's never a problem with returns!

Home Depot is the best! The love the selection of the flowers and plants. My favorite is their perennials. The colors just pops out at you, and you can tell that they have good quality products and employees was super nice!

While entering the Home Depot store on July 13,2021 around 5:17pm, I was immediately greeted by a friendly smile and a strong welcoming voice. It was Mr. Richard the cashier. He asked if I needed help, and took great care of giving me the help I needed. His fast efficient customer service was very impressive and I would like to encourage customers to shop at this store and seek out Mr. Richard. His eagerness to help me is the reason I’m writing this post. It’s very rare for me to have such a great experience like I had while shopping at a hard ware store. We need more people like him who knows how to work and treat their guest. Thank you Mr. Richard.

Home Depot has a better quality of materials than the other store in the area.

The employees are always very helpful with locating items you're looking for and giving advice or ideas to make your project better, or easier. Everyone working there seems to have a good attitude and are willing to help. They usually have the products I'm looking for.

This time it's not about the store or store personnel or how a situation was handled, as the one person that made contact with me was at checkout, Joseph. He was friendly and accommodating, and did his best to handle the transaction, no other person was involved. The reason for the review is on product, in this case a Toro lawn mower. After much ado and reading the reviews in my Consumers Report (CR), and not wanting to spend more than $400. for a mower, I chose model 21465. A self-propelled 22" recycler, personal pace, smartstow mower. It had good reviews, in the mid-70's and it appeared that it had what my 16year old Craftsman (Poulan) did not, VORTEX. Put in oil, that was provided, put in gas, that was not, it started on the 5th or 6th pull, and I was off. So much for VORTEX, I had more clumps of grass in the yard than I have ever had, and the mower deck gets clogged with grass, so much so, that it stalled out had to be cleaned to continue. The next day I had to get out the blower to eliminate the corn row of clumps. Now I can image that would happen if the grass was extremely wet, however, it was purchased on Tuesday March 9th, it had not rained for days, and I had not yet turned on the irrigation system, so I can't blame it on that. It's poor product design. The VORTEX apparatus gets in the way. It is supposed to provide additional air flow in the cutting process to make the clippings much finer than other mowers, that could in fact be true, but the housing prohibits the clippings from being mulched and re-distributed into the lawn, as the word mulched implies. It just clogs. So much for innovation. If it ain't broke don't fix it. The 16year old Craftsman knows how to mulch.
