Great deals on appliances. Had budgeted for kitchen appliances and also got a washer and dryer with pedestals, ALL for less than what we originally budgeted. Sales staff was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Would strongly recommend the Southport store!

First time shopping this store. Very nice, clean, and bright. I stopped in to get some paint ideas and the young lady at the paint counter gave me some great suggestions. Employees were very friendly and helpful. This is now "my" home improvement store!

Theresa in flooring was so helpful and made my visit a pleasure! My issue required some extra work on her part, and she was more than happy to do it. I will definitely be back to this store!

I have many projects I am currently working on. I am a do-it-yourselfer with little experience with building my projects. The Management & Staff at this Home Depot make my tasks so much easier. They will make suggestions, assist in picking out and cutting my lumber (if needed). Cashiers are very helpful & friendly. Customer Service is just that, very customer friendly. Store Manager Josh is as good as it gets and it is obvious that he leads by example.

Most employees at the flooring desk were trained well on your system but I ran into one guy out of 4 folks who helped me who didn't know how to use the system. Or so he said. He admitted that after trying to tell me he couldn't order from that desk and told me to go up front. I explained I had ordered from his station on 3 other occasions and others had no trouble. Renata in cabinets was super helpful, very knowledgable and such a good partner in my quest to get my cabinets as I had invisioned.

The store is spacious and the layout is easy to navigate. Helpers are around every corner, ready to direct you and give you information regarding your purchase. Sale items are clearly labeled and the staff was very helpful. I was offered a warranty and it was explained in depth. Purchasing that warranty left me feeling safe with my purchase. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the people that work at this store.

Southport Home Depot is the best .My husband is blind and there is always someone to help us find what we need .Brent helped get the best soil and mulch .We also got marble chips after we were done Brent loaded our car Thank You Home Depot for making shopping a little easier .We will be back
