I am always happy with my experiences with Home Depot whether its a quick stop or a detailed project that needs lots of help!

I was shopping at the Greenwood store for a Kitchenaid dishwasher that was advertised for $949. When I got to the store it was marked $1149 and they did not have any in stock to sell. I was told to go home and order it online for that price. I went to the Southport store and they had the dishwasher on the floor for the sale price of $949. Fatima researched and found that they had 12 in stock. I purchased from the Southport store and Fatima gave superior service. I highly recommend this location when shopping for appliances.

The man that was working in "Lighting" on 9/15/2020 at 8am - 9am should get some kind of pat on back. That man helped me until i found the things i needed. Very nice. I was in hurry and he was definitely on it. Thank you!

I found the store clean and comfortable. It was cluutter free and organized. I am short and couldn't reach the item I wanted. Kyle was walking by and I asked for his help, he got the item for me. He and the young lady in the Garden center was very helpful finding a price for me I think her name started with "S". The lady wartering the plants even let me rinse my hands in her sprinkler. Every associate I have ever delt with has always gone to the extra effort to help me.

This Home Depot store has all of the items I have needed for furnishing my new home. They have a great selection of lighting, faucets, flooring, and major appliances. The employees in this store are extremely helpful.

Most friendly hardware store in Southport.

I frequent this store. I find the staff to be polite and helpful and knowledgeable on what I need. I like that there is always a staff person around and I don’t have to search for one. I like how the store is clean and organized.

Excellent hardware store, very clean and great staff (all employees had on masks and there were signs and arrows about 6ft distancing). We recently came to this Home Depot looking for a bedside commode for my mom. We asked an employee to assistance us. He got on his radio/phone and confirmed that it was an online purchase only (he did tell us to have it delivered to the store would be quicker than to a home address). We asked about bathroom safety items and he walked us to the shower/bath department and had an employee help us with our questions. Check out was so easy. We all be back.

Good overall. Employees sometimes are good about asking if we needed help, sometimes they just stand around talking to each other until we approach them and asked where something was.

This store is clean and organized. The associates are very friendly..specially Fatima she is funny and helpful.. will definitely go back to this location.

Miss Genelin Torres in the appliance department is one of the nicest employees they have at this store, she has been extremely helpful to my wife and I in multiple occasions, from window blinds, paint, new kitchen floor, countertop and recently appliances, she has been an expert help. Very diligent and knowledgeable young lady.

Store is always clean and employee's are always friendly and willing to help with a smile. If your in need of appliances, Fatima is absolutely Fabulous, from her knowledge and customer service. A true pleasure to work with!

This location is one among the best,they are always clean,respectful, and very helpful.The store seems to be les.cluttered than others,and the forklifts drivers are always more cautious than at other locations I have been to.

Outstanding, I mean really outstanding customer service, I just received at #2012 Home Depot (Southport Indiana)! Found the exact Hybrid Water Heater I was after (not so easy to find). All the associates I encountered were very helpful, friendly, etc.... Well done!!
