Excellent customer service consistent over years of patronage. Clearly focused on quality of the customer experience from the store manager through the associates.

Every visit to this store has blown us away. Employees have continuously gone out of their way to help us & treat us well (even our family pup, Tucker, loves the store!) We appreciate this store and love continuing business here.

We go to this Home Depot pretty often. At the exit, there is a large bell you can ring if you got great customer service. We ring it every time!

My answer to the question if I would visit this store again was not because I had a problem with the store. I live in Bridgton and generally go to the North Windham store because it is 20 miles closer to home. I had a small job to do in South Portland and picked up the things needed in South Portland.

Associates very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Used promotion from Home Depot card for even better prices.

The store was easy to shop. I found what I was looking for right away, and when I needed help moving it to the front for check out and loading, they were quick to offer assistance. I would shop here again.

In general I find this store very pleasant to shop in. The store is clean, the people are very nice and they are helpful when needed.

Tom in lumber was extremely helpful and treated me like I was at a local hardware store with personalized service. I am a novice woodworker and he helped me choose the best product for my project and made sure I had everything I would need. And I did! Outdoor furniture looks great!

excellent inventory

This home depot made a bad experience right, no fault of them but their delivery people. I walked away a happy customer who will continue to shop there. Julian was the associate at the service desk that helped me and he was very professional and helpful.

This is by far the best store I have been to as far as service, help and the managers have all been kind to our company. The Pro Desk staff have always been a huge help to all my employees. Tammy, Karen, and Kieth. Nick the store manager has done a great job.

I have visited every home depot store in Cumberland, York, and Penobscot County, and have to say the South Portland Store is by far the best all around shopping experience of them all. The staff is always nice, and greet me when I come and go. It is my 2nd home and I am never unhappy shopping there.

The service is outstanding in South Portland store. Inhale never had a bad experience there.

Helpful and friendly staff. Store has good atmosphere and feels comfortable for everyone: contractors, carpenters and semi-clueless DIYers like me.

I use this store extensively for the many DIY projects I need to do on my house. I can always quickly find an associate to help me and they are helpful in which ever department I need. I am always able to find exactly what I need to get the project done perfectly. The store is always clean and easy to navigate.

This store is not only stocked well, but the employees go out of their way to offer help and make suggestion that help with selection of products. Really a great team.

We always go to Home Depot for our house projects! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We especially liked Jennifer Wareham in the flooring department! Happy with their products, help, and guidance!

The "good old days" of trained (or experienced) and knowledgeable salespeople are apparently past. The current qualification for floor salespeople working in specialized areas appears to be a pulse - maybe!

I highly recommend Jenny in kitchens, her knowledge and patience is one of a kind! A true gem!
