I went to purchase an item from the Garden Department yesterday ( Dec.11th) , the cashier ( Carol ) so very friendly , amazing attitude , I had to come here and write this comment to show my appreciation for her great friendly service . Thank you CAROL for being such a great associate .

Thanks to the employees help. I did not loose my time. Every time that I need an employee assistance they are ready to help. The store is always clean and everything is well organize. Yes the employees always are very friendly and helpful.

This is in regards to an associate named Alain. On December 18th, I walked into the store at 8pm. One associated greeted me and answered a few questions to help guide me with my purchases. He said he would page the gentleman on in store radio to hardware to help. About 815 or so I started browsing the section, putting items in my basket I was looking to purchase. I had two different associates after the initial interaction page for hardware to purchase a Milwaukee combo kit and complete my purchase. Alain arrived around 833 and proceeded to help another customer who showed up after myself. After approaching Alain and requesting service after the customer he was helping, I was given the cold shoulder and made to feel that the whole situation was my fault. I left all items in the shopping cart, left the store, and saved $260 by not shopping here. Will I shop at Home Depot in the future? Yes, one associate will not tarnish that look for me. Will I shop here, not for a time, and especially if I am reliant on Alain for purchases.

My family have been faithful consumers of this store for 27 years. I thought I was doing a good thing recommending this location to my sister for her kitchen cabinets but BOY was that a MISTAKE. I will NEVER refer anyone for major projects to Home Depot again. She paid over 12k for the cabinets 11/2019 and as of today 10/7/2020 the ordeal continues. The service from the Cabinet department has shown complete incompetence .As well as the Manager Tracy who has no clue how to manage. Home Depot got their money from her and 4k on my Home Depot card at the time of the order but she had to wait over 9 months to have the service somewhat completed with so many mishaps and time lost from her job. Complete disgust with Home Depot for the way my sister's job was done so NO I will NEVER recommend this Company for any remodeling. I will be also posting my complaint to the BBB. I write this now as she has yet to receive a review option regarding her cabinets .So I am taking the liberty of doing it on this review.

Great place all you needs hardware store, as if it is your neighborhood store.

I love this store. The employees are all amazing and are glad to help the customers even without having to ask for help. You can tell they really enjoy working at that place.
