EXCELLENT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Store associate gave me merchandise from his return cart for purchase. When I got home the merchandise was missing pieces. Probably why it was returned in the first place. I am not in the habit of opening merchandise before I buy it

The manager was unprofessional, the product didn't work, had to return, was charged 3 times and I only have 1 item but 3 charges on my credit card.

At the checkout (an item without barcode tag) the cashier wanted to enter any price from the system and claimed it’s a benefit for the customer. When I claimed that’s the wrong dimensions then she addressed me to get a price myself otherwise have to wait over 30 mins because no one available at that time. I consider it was ridiculous her instructions. She acted very rude and unprofessional.

I bought this a week ago and I'm so happy with the product and the price .

We needed new sliding glass doors for our house. Edwin, at Home Depot in the door department, provided excellent service. He asked appropriate questions to determine exactly what we needed and what we could afford. He was very knowledgeable about all of the door products that are offered. He provided great customer service. I would highly recommend working with him.

We were at this store on 6/21/22 and the cashier Aremis was fantastic! (per usual) She always has positive energy and is very informative, she even showed us how to access the Pro Xtra Rewards on the Home Depot app!!

I went to pick up an online order and it turns out the website was wrong, and they did not have the product ready for me. They assisted me with a replacement and some credit for the trouble.

This location is a very clean and safe shopping experience. Most items needed are in-stock and easy to find. Great Sales. Highly recommend this location to all.

Don't let creepy guys walk up to the self checkout register when a woman is still not finished picking up her items at the register. No one should be allowed to walk up until the person before them has gotten their receipt and gathered their items they purchased and walked away. why was he acting like he was putting money in the machine when it didn't even look like he had scanned anything yet. I had just gotten my receipt from my credit card purchase and wasn't even finished taking my items and he was already putting money in the machine??? Why was he allowed to walk up while I was still there when people have to wait in line????

If you need to go to Home Depot definitely visit when KJ is working. It’s a great worker will go over and beyond on what needs to get done. Thank you for your help and laughs. A great young man that will make a difference in this world!

I have been shopping at this location for many years. I always enjoy my visit here and I can easily find what I am looking for by using the Home Depot app.

Alejandro was at the customer service counter. We went to express our dissatisfactions with several online orders we did this week. We wanted to cancel the orders. Alejandro took over the situation, went above and beyond to fix the issue and changed our minds. The world and Home Depot need more people like you Alejandro! Thank you for being so professional. We appreciate you!

Boy am I happy Jim was on the gardening section. My father and I were purchasing a pressure washer but I didn’t know how to set it up. I simply asked Jim how I could learn more about the washer pressure and he offered to set up the washer pressure. Great experience. This really made my day and I also got to buy my pink humming bird windchime!!!!

I shop almost on a daily basis. Rarely do I have an issue with any purchase and if I do, Theres never any question asked, this item is replaced or refunded immediately.

I was so pleased with my experience with customer service at Home Depot. I was helped by Crispin and Martha to exceptional employees that represent the orange apron and I believe are true champions of the south chase store. If ever you need assistance in customer service request Crispin or Martha. I want to call them the heart of the HomeDepot South chase store. Both individuals went out of their way to resolve a situation I had been running back and forth between Homedepot store and Homedepot.com. I even spoke to the managers (unable to assist.), but these employees who need a raise and promotion did exceptionally. Both employees spent the same amount of time on the phones with Homedepot.com Martha was able to provide us return, but we had to wait for Fed-ex to pick up the item. Crispin went a step further and was able to provide us the refund and the item was able to be dropped off in-store. I have never met some dedicated employees who value and take their jobs to another level of customer satisfaction and delivery. Crispin has a positive vibe and is well informed. Martha was very knowledgeable and consistent in her work ethic. I am truly grateful and honestly serious about Crispin getting promoted as a manager. Employees like these you value for their dedication and commitment to their jobs. I was pleased, impressed and satisfied with how I was taken care of. Thank you so much.

I didn’t appreciate how an employee spoke to me. It’s not what he said but it’s how he said it. I brought my dog in for the first time. unfortunately he peed on the floor, I turn around to find an employee and i see a gentlemen. Before I could even ask where are the paper towels are, the employee says I need to clean the mess with an attitude. as if I wasn’t going to do it. I responded, do you have any paper towels. He says I need to to go to the restroom. I asked where is the restroom because I don’t go to the restroom here. He very generically tells me just go to the back it’s in the back. As if I know where that is. I definitely will not be back to this store with my dog. However, to end on a positive note. I will say other employees were magnificent, the man who greeted me in the store and a young gentleman who assisted me in putting my items in the car as I was struggling. I do appreciate the other amazing employees you do have.

This was a large purchase and had many items Mr. Ronald looked for an extra shopping cart and helped me scan one by one and pack it, he had problems scanning a welcome coupon that was sent to me in the mail but he solved the problem, later he helped me to carry the merchandise to the car and put it in the trunk. He did not know that I was a disabled veteran however he wanted he help me without asking. Mr. Ronald must be recognized for his dedication and attention to customers.
