this store was extremely clean and well organized. quick check-out. Personnel Nicole was very vivacious and took pride in her job performance. she is an exceptional asset for any business.

dont waste you time here. they dont even carry the products they advertise online, and when asking employees about said products, they do not even know what it is, or if they have it. they try to look for it online and still cant find the products. then they question if you were even on the homedepot website. once i found the product online to show them, they told me that they cant get it shipped to their store for pickup, so i had to drive to the store in Uxbridge MA. to get the tool i needed, and they had it in stock.

This store was neatly organized and well stocked with items. The staff was happy to assist me with my heavy items and load them into my SUV.

I have been in retail for 25 years and I look for cleanliness, proper zoning, ample supply, great customer service and one can find help because there is enough people on the floor to find the help needed. They did not just tell me where things were but showed me. This is a definite plus and one I practice where I work.

If you want great customer service see John @ext 129. You will not be disappointed. Finally found someone who actually sounds like they know and feel confident about what they are explaining.

The sales associate (Phyllis) was very friendly and spent a good amount of time helping me pick out suitable carpeting. She was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of carpets and the quality of each. She was very patient and very helpful.

good office & location

I have a small business and rely on the garden department for last minute supplies. I always find exactly what I go into the store for. The garden department is well stocked with potting soil, perlite and other garden supplies.

well worth the drive to this store. Personnel were very helpful.. One young lady, instead of pointing us in the right direction, actually took the time to lead us to the aisle and the item we were looking for.

Service was above and beyond. We were 100% satisfied with the assistance we received from our salesperson who was very knowledgable and helpful. Can't wait for our new doors to be installed.

Unfortunately this is my home store and the employees here seem to avoid you like the black plague. Only a handful of times that I can remember would an employee greet me while shopping and ask if they could help with something, otherwise they avoid you or pretend you don't exist. Otherwise, the store is clean, items are always in stock and overall I'm happy but disappointed.
