Highly recommend Mike for kitchen and bathroom cabinet design!

This store is clean and bright. The workers are friendly and always ask me if I need help with anything. If they run out os stock of a item, it seems they have it the next day. Great store, great people.

Everyone I have come in contact with at this particular Home Depot is extremely informative, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They have excellent customer service. I had a gentleman by the name of John help me with lawn blowers today and I learned so much! He took his time explaining to me the different types, about how long each would last, etc. I want to say a BIG thank you to John for all your help and also a big thank you to the pleasant lady who rang me out. She is funny.

The employees are freidly and neat and smell good.I will always feel good about shopping here because the high class people around me!

I live closer to the Johnston store but find the Smithfield store cleaner, less cluttered, and the employees friendlier and more helpful.

It's simply clean & open and easy to find whatever you're looking for, plus more than you're even looking for. Easy shopping, great displays . . .

This place has great associates who seek you out and offer to help you. Very knowledgable and want to see you do it right!

Excellent service, knowledgeable employees, great return policy with a smile, I might add. They have everything I need, and I need a lot! I'm there just about every day. Great place to visit and purchase "do it yourself" items.

John the Mgr helped resolve an issue. He was kind, professional & efficient.

After ordering a stove and fridge and finding out the delivery people would not bring in the fridge in doorway not big enough went back to store and we were helped by Betty Antonelli who was not there on my original visit or this problem would not have happened to begin with. What a breath of fresh air - so helpful and knowledgeable on different products measuring and making sure we purchased something that would fit and get us a quick delivery. This women is a true asset to your store and I WILL return and purchase from her again.

As I was considering the purchase of a riding mower, I didn’t have any problem locating the display area! The department manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being “pushy”. After reviewing info, I returned to buy a Cub Cadet and cart. Highly recommend this store and especially the lawn and garden dept and manager, John! Thanks

This store is very clean and the staff is very friendly and personable. Every time I go I'm almost always approached by an employee to check if I need help with anything. The cashiers are all friendly, esp Sarah. The store is clean and everything I would say is easy enough to find. I was only unable to find what I needed a few times, and when I asked staff, they were on top of it and walked me all the way to the product and make sure it was the one I needed. Will always recommend and I will keep going there myself!

Never liked the idea of going to a huge store as I have always preferred independently owned hardware stores. This particular Home Depot changed my mind: have found employees to be helpful, kind, and down to earth in our dealings. Recommend it highly to friends and family.
