I am a recent new home owner. The Smithfield Home Depot is a little farther away than the competitor, but well worth the trip.They always seem to have whatever it is I am looking for. And if I don't know exactly what it is I am looking for there is always a knowledgeable and friendly employee to assist me when I say "you know, those little things with the dangly bit off the end"! The store is neat and clean, and if you have a problem it is taken care of immediately. Cindy is great! I always shop here. I have bought everything from my appliances to door knobs and picture hangers from Home Depot.

My favorite store

Surprised to fine pet urine in the cart foyer AND also nearby the aisle wherein an obvious non-service small dog waited in the carts top basket with no humans even in the same aisle. So atypical for this frequented store. Of course the pet owner wiped up neither location leaving an embarrassing potential slip and fall suit against the store.

I highly recommend the Home Depot at Smithfield Crossings. Friendly staff they always have what I’m looking for. Staff very helpful/knowledgeable of items

Great service.

Great store, clean and organized. Never very busy. Almost always have what I'm looking for. Employees are generally very knowledgeable and helpful. Only bad comment is that sometimes it can be difficult to find someone in the particular department you need, but they are always around somewhere.

I give to store a 10 on everything cleaners friendly product available yes to all questions asked

I just moved into the area from MA. I was always very pleased with the store I dealt with in Marlborough, MA and felt I would miss that. Discovered the Smithfield, RI store and feel I'm home again! I have been so pleased with my experiences at HD and everyone is so friendly. That makes a big difference to me. Always feel welcomed! I've been very pleased and will continue to shop at HD. Bought a new Samsung refrigerator . It's a beast.They brought the price down and the 2 guys who delivered the refrigerator were amazing!!! awesome job bringing that huge thing in and how they do it is more amazing!!!!!

Bob, in the paint dept was helpful in recommending the products that I would need to do my weekend project. My project went smoothly and quickly, so I had some free time that weekend!

I found that associates were knowledgeable and helpful! Big difference than a year ago when I couldn't get anyone to help! I experienced a great helpful staff this year.

Very friendly staff

Very disappointed in the amount of inventory, or the accuracy of what they show within the store versus what is actually there. No one should have to hop around from store to store to buy what they need, unless it is an astronomical amount of product, of which can be ordered. There used to be a time you could find 10 people to help you, now you can barely find one, and then you have to walk to the front of the store and ask Customer Service to find someone for you, and they stroll/take their sweet time to get to you. Unhappy with the way things are and a regular customer.

The monthly childrens building classes are great for my kids. They are very helpful for us (parents) and fun for them.
