I always get good customer service here, which matters to me because I may not know exactly what I need, or what is the right tool for the job I'm doing, and so I have to ask questions that are pretty amateur-ish. I appreciate getting answers I can understand and put to use, or having someone say "that's probably not the best tool for your job".

Been to a LOT of Home Depot's over the decades and our first-time experience at the Simi Valley store today set the bar high and I'd like to give a particular shout-out to Ray in hardware. On two separate occasions, Ray came to our assistance in selecting hardware & fasteners for a small building project and gave us advice that steered us in a better direction. Talk to Ray if you want hardware advice, and EVERY single person in an orange apron asked us if they could help us, and did so with a pleasant attitude. We'll definitely be shopping the Simi Valley store from now on....

Great experience. Clerk helped us get thermostats from locked area and then cashier helped us sign up for credit card to get extra savings on product. Very helpful personnel.

Love the HD in Simi! The staff are always extremely helpful, fun and speedy. There is a nice energy in the store so I can only imagine that the manager is well liked.

Store staff very courteous and helpful. We found the paint dept. employee to be so knowledgeable and helpful with tip to our painting project.

Went to the paint department for assistance for paint mixing for my daughter's bedroom and although they were super busy, the associate that assisted me (Hailey) and the manager there (Bobby) were both happy to assist all of us waiting. They even had another associate (Edgar) come over and assist with the wait. They all stayed calm and polite under the pressure and that is not an often occurrence nowadays. Thank you all for your display of great teamwork!!

It was very easy to find what I was looking for but most importantly the customer service I received there was exceptional while purchasing new appliances. Linda was extremely helpful and friendly... she made my day by making my shopping experience painless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this Home Depot location!

I love shopping at this Home Depot. All of the sections are well-labeled and you can always find an associate to assist you and give you information about the products that would likely help you with whatever repair or project you're working on. They're friendly and knowledgeable (unless they're brand new, of course. Gotta give 'em time to learn, you know...) Thanks to their help and advice, I have saved a lot of money doing my own home repairs and yard work. I'm a 71 year old lady, on a very limited budget, who has learned so much from them, I could almost hire out as a handyman these days. No kidding! :-)

Employees helped me find the items I needed. Very well organized store and super friendly employees.

Everyone in the store is very helpful, especially Elizabeth in the garden department.

Each cashier has a different rule/story regarding military discounts! Changes each time we make purchases and no one seems to be certain about it.

This store is a main stay for home repairs in Simi Valley for many years and I hope it stays this way. I know there is always room to grow and I hope my suggestions I gave on the survey will address these. This store has good people working there and mostly has what I am looking for. The store needs more professionals in the sections they are working. The check out is simple and covienent. Good job Home depot.

Nice clean busy store with friendly staff , great location and good parking.

Usually most items are in stock. If you need help in most departments other than paint, good luck. If you do find an associate they are friendly and helpful, there is just not enough of them.
