Store was a great place would differently come back

Devin was my Cashier at the Simi Valley Store. We have a Pro-Account for Premier Cru, Inc, Moorpark, CA 93021 so we buy in bulk through the ProDesk every now and then. But, some quick purchases still require we save money wherever we can. We do everything on a shoestring due to the extreme high cost of doing business in California (i.e. Workers Comp Costs). I was purchasing two items IN BULK to receive discounted pricing. The 2nd item did not auto-offer a discount. Devin, the check-out station understood I was buying "in FULL-CASE BULK" to earn a Discount & HE took the initiative, sensing our need for savings, He Coded the 2nd item with a 10% Courtesy Discount. Devin did the Right Thing for Home Depot and Premier Cru! Devin should be FULLY RECOGINZED for being a "Client's Advocate". The "Client's Advocate" is a term we coined at Premier Cru, Inc. when a Cru-Member SENSES that a client/customer is in need of that little extra care, consideration, or proactive remedy to insure full 100% Satisfaction. Easy to find products. Helpful assistance. Clean store.

The assistant manger Mike was amazing and most of the staff very helpful, the young lady at customer service with an F necklace and no name tags was rude unhelpful and gave attitude. She threw my products into my shopping cart and when I asked her to call another store to see if they had the product availability she acted like it was a chore she even asked if I really wanted her to call for me. I am super upset at her behavior. The product I tried to purchase was missing parts it was a BBQ and I wanted to get it quickly.

Always a lot of EEs on the weekend to help with project tips and finding things. The store is fairly clean every time I visit.

Are home Depot store here in Simi Valley is among the best I've ever been to it's never crowded the employees are helpful ,parking is somewhat easy, products are easy to find, there are always carts and trolleys to be had and if one needs help one can get help from an employee pretty easily

We are frequent shoppers at this store (2-3 times a week) and have really enjoyed the customer service we have received from the employees. Little in appliances is professional and very personable. He is sincere and goes above and beyond. He is obviously a team player and all about his customers. I can also say the same for Blake in tools, and Abi in customer service. Good Job Guys!

While some of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful when asked; others socialize with one another and ignore the customers. Hardly any employees are wearing masks!

There are many Home Improvement Stores these days. During this time of COVID and before, we have consistently found that Home Depot in Simi Valley is always clean, the associates are helpful and friendly, and there are a variety of the products. The prices seem better than the other Stores as well. While there are at times lines to get in due to COVID, they go pretty fast and checking out may take a bit longer but everyone is very gracious and doing everything they can to provide a safe shopping experience.

Social Distancing Warning Signs... Curbside pick up... home delivery... so you obviously KNOW what is going on! So how come your employees DON'T WEAR MASKS?!?!?!?! I saw, maybe, 3 employees in orange aprons wearing masks and about 20 employees that had no masks. The self-righteous lady at check out got snotty with me when I asked why no one was wearing masks and she claimed they didn't have to since masks were only a "suggestion" in Ventura Country. I asked why she thought it was OK, if she was asymptomatic, that she was infecting EVERYONE she came in contact with. Her argument was that she was not sick (the imbecile obviously did not know what "asymptomatic" means) so I said, "Neither am I" and took my mask off then started coughing on her. She got upset and yelled at me "PUT YOUR MASK BACK ON!" I replied, "After you.", while still coughing. She said, "How Dare You!" I replied, "How dare you", then walked out. This is the most afraid I have been in public since this whole pandemic started. I will NEVER be returning to Home Depot since they obviously **DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!** Home Depot wants you to die.

Was at Home Depot the other day for a patio table/fire pit set. I was especially impressed with three employees who went beyond their duties to help me. I wish I had last names but I want to give a very big thank you to Johnny, who answered lots of questions to Griffin whose patience was evident at check out to Abbey, the store manager who took the time to oversee the whole process. Very happy, too, for assembly and delivery to my patio at no charge!

Its a very good store they are well stock and the employee's are nice and inform they been very helpful to me over the years . I am a City employee and we have an account there that is used a lot and over the years I have all ways had good service no problems .

Cashier Diane made a bad day good.

Very clean, well organized, and the workers are very helpful. Especially this guy who helped me today. I believe his name was Shabbir. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. He was the Fastest Cashier super nice as well. Would definitely recommend going here.

I have been to many Home Depots and have never written a review but for the Simi one I need to because I had exceptional help and service from their managers and sales associates. Tito, Abby and Jenn are assets to this store and company.
