Employees were super friendly AND helpful. They asked if we needed help before we asked. My husband was approached while he was in Plumbing, and I received stellar service from an employee in Fertilizers. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped me decide on the one best for my needs. I really appreciated the help, as I have a horticultural background, but hadn’t seen a new product he showed me and compared it to others. When we got to our cashier Christina, she was amazing. She went out of her way to bag and protect my plants; the service was so outstanding I had to write a review on both this site as well as a survey on my receipt. I rarely write reviews. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am so delighted and impressed. Thank you for providing such great service.

Im very please with the cashier at the PRO REGISTER. I been buying at home depot for years and no one ever told me about paying at the PRO REGISTER you get a discount when you purchase $1,500 or more you get a discount. Im so happy with cashier WAYNE for his assistance at the PRO dept.

This is my first go to store

The customer service section is completely lacking of customer service it’s only reason I come back to the store is because Alex the head cashier and a prior employee Susan are extremely helpful pleasant and always leave me feeling good after leaving the store

This was a great store to visit. Frank from lumber department was very kind, efficient and professional and assisted me immediately with an urgent issue regarding quarter round floor boards.

This store is clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and friendly. We have a dog and he loves to visit. All the employees loved that we brought our dog and were friendly with him.

An employee helped me by taking me to the isle where the product was located and even showed me a video with suggestions on how to use the merchandise. Very nice, jovial and extremely helpful.

Cashier at self checkout was very sweet I didn’t catch their name but they were wiping all the registers and keeping them clean not like other stores I went to target last night and they did not do that! Keep up the great work

Employees hate their job . No one ever wants to help or are nice. Especially the cashier Tracey . She was very rude and has no customer service skills. Why be there and work? I know plenty of people who would want a job and be nice.

IF you are in the market for window treatments...You are in for a real treat. Kevin of the Rockwood Group (..a partner of Home Depot)..IS the person to ask for. He shows up ON time.. prepared loaded with samples..knows his product..gives really good advice on what works ..what doesn't and there in no pressure...He just took care of a whole house for me..shutters..faux blinds..its goregous!! Really tooo nice for a rental...but "whadda" difference! The new tenants are most appreciative.....(me too..getting the very best rent for the house)...

It took forever to get help from anyone from customer service in the department we were shopping in for a new fridge. Not everyone is a Do-it-yourselfer, and knows what they are doing. The guy really didn't seem like he wanted to help us. We purchased a fridge & spent in excess of $1200. I think it's just terrible that your warranties run concurrent with the manufacturer's warranty, so you're really paying for a year you actually don't get the benefit of. I don't know if I would recommend Home Depot. Trying to reach customer service regarding my purchase & questions regarding the delivery, was a HORRIBLE experience!! The receipt was not well written as to the description of the items mentioned on my receipt, nor the SKU# not found anywhere on the website, not by me, nor the manager I spoke with, to let me know exactly what I purchased so that I would know what to disconnect from my old appliance I was to have hauled away. Now for the poor delivery & installation of the appliance. Styrofoam debris was left all over the Court that I had to clean up or get fined by the HOA. The unit was damaged, and the water filter hoses, or whatever it was that was paid for, since no one can tell me, was installed extremely poorly! The old fridge had working water, but it was the compressor that would have been more expensive to fix than the unit was worth. I personally shut the water valve off, and disconnected the main flow water tube from the old fridge's tubing. It's not rocket science. When the delivery guys arrived, the one guy said we were delivery #18 out of 22, and they seemed to be rushing and not taking care to be especially gentle with our product. They left styrofoam pieces all over it, as well as the plastic. I took pictures of the condition they left it in. When he tried to turn the water valve back on, he was extremely rough with it, and it was a little bent when he finished. I was even holding a flashlight, because he obviously was not paying attention to what he was doing. Well, go figure that when he finished, the previously working water valve was not working, and he said we needed to contact a plumber. Well it was working fine until he man-handled it. As I was checking the unit for damages with a flashlight, and was very clear with him as to what I was doing, he had my 83 year old mother sign the paper, then walked out the garage stating if any damages, we had 30 days to report it, knowing that was untrue! So many other issues I just don't have the time for. If that's the standards by which Home Depot operates, then I would have to say I would not recommend you guys, why would I?

I received above and beyond customer service from Stacey and Shloka this past Black Friday weekend. I definitely appreciate them, thank you Simi Home Depot!!

Cashier Angelina was very helpful. She had to call for our Home Depot credit card she was polite and patient she made the wait time pleasant. Definitely going through her line again next time I am here!

Great customer service, clean and well stocked

The store has an abundance of products at affordable prices. Most employees go the extra mile to help you to find what you need and also they offered their own experience with the products, which was helpful for me. Everything is in place and labelled which makes it easy to locate items. Bathrooms were clean and in general the isles were clean, but the construction back-isle.

The lady at the counter was kind and friendly. For me, this is more important above all.

I love this store as it usually has what I am looking for. The service is great and Diane the cashier is # 1 when it comes to being friendly. You can tell she loves her job.
