I purchased som insulation that was advertised for $78.77, and at the self check out register was $138 I brought it up to the employee and asked me to go and take a picture of it, so I did. Then she said she would tell the Manager, another associate came, and said it was not the same item, then asked me to go and show him, I said, "you're going to make me go there again?, its all the way to the back of the store, I went ahead and walked with him, as we were walking, he got distracted a couple of times to talk to other workers, being really inconsiderate of my time, once finally there I showed him, he saw the tag and the product under it as shown in the picture attached. He then started walking back to the register and said he would ask the manager. (The entire time they had me thinking he was the manager). Then he comes back and said that the Manager said he couldn't honor the price, I asked to speak with the manager, and they refused to have him come and talk to me. I really find it very disrespectful to be treated like this, and to have made me go back and forth making me think they were going to honor the price. I would really appreciate for someone to address this issue at the Simi Valley Store.

These employees are built different versus the other Home Depot’s I’ve visited. Extremely knowledgeable and the store is well kept for a home improvement store.

I bought a water heater and the unit has a leak. The company who installed the unit denies our claim at first he said there’s no leak, the 2nd time he said he smell a rubber not gas? So I called the gas company to do the inspection and they found 2 leaks. Wtf this is what they do for a leaving and this fast water heater co. Does not know what a gas smell like! Now it’s the fourth day and the company still not giving me any call or response from my email after sending the a copy of the report.

Karen and Dillon were very helpful at check out, notably with my military discount.

Stacey, Devon and the rest of the crew at the Simi Valley Home Depot are amazing. I do not like going shopping anyplace and I actually look forward to have to go to Home Depot in Simi Valley. Thank you and probably see you tomorrow!

While it may seem small to some, i was very much impressed with the way the young man cutting wood handled me and my wife. He was very quick to acknowledge us, even as he was still working on helping someone else. And seemed to even enjoy what he was doing.

We have been to a lot of Home Depots in our lifetime but this Simi Valley store is the best we have been to. So many helpful employees in every department. Checkout was quick but wish there were more “live” checkers as we hate using automated checkout since it robs jobs from people.

Wow the only word the employees use is "NO". When the consumer has to argue with the Cashier in the Garden Center who is busy playing with her phone and tells her they do NOT have something in stock- when I had seen 18 listed online before I came in- to her rolling her eyes when I say it and then annoyed she had to stop playing on her phone. Then with the item name takes 5 minutes looking for SKU so I finally pulled it up on my phone in 3 seconds so she could use it. To her OVERCHARGING ME ON AN ITEM for the 3/8 when it was 1/2 so I was glad I was paying attention. To her NOT having anyone with my items by the time I went all the way back to the far end of the parking lot to get my vehicle, to her telling me to park in the RED FIRE ZONE where there was not enough room for other vehicles to safely pass. She was again playing with her phone when I came back. The guy at the pro desk was annoyed that I asked for the item there, apparently I was supposed to know it was in the Garden area.

The people upfront were on the ball, did a great job!

Alissa and Makenna went above and beyond to ensure I received the best price for my products. As a military vet, I appreciate their willingness to help and they even discounted a box of tile because they saw one piece was broken. Thanks ladies!!!

Home Depot is my go to store when it comes to home repair, home improvements and home decor ideas. The staff is always ready to help and assist their customers regarding needs and they are skilled to made suggestions,

Big shout out to Dinesh (AWUGN4Y)! this guy handled customer service with great energy and attitude. He was very helpful and made it easier to place my order. Placed a will call order for a bunch of metal gates and posts and he handled my order while still being able to productive with his team like a pro. That's how customer service should be!

This store is adequately staffed and goes the extra mile in answering questions and assisting their customers. There must be some seasoned managers here.

I went to the store on Monday, and walked out unable to locate a lumber cart. Today (Friday)I needed to buy the lumber and was able to return. There were NO lumber carts available. Walking through the store I saw 7 lumber carts sitting with product on them, making it so customers can’t use them to shop. The carts had 1 double size door, too much for me to remove myself, and several pieces of trimming on another which would have been a pain for me to put away, and as a customer, why should I? Continuing to walk through, I observed employees in the door section sitting on the computers, I’m assuming placing “orders” with no customers sitting across from them. it would have been great if they’d get up and put the product away so the lumber carts could be used. I juggled 10 pieces of 1”x6”x8’ boards in a normal shopping cart somehow, and exchanged annoyed looks and comments with other customers who were doing the same. I watched 2 customers hand carry out 2 pieces of drywall even. They need to take inventory of carts and order more. Also, get the employees to restock items immediately. I bet if I go back to the story in 2 hours the carts will still be sitting there loaded with the same items. Perhaps a picture idea for next time I visit.

I purchased front doubles and had trouble obtaining parts for instillation.

We usually go to Thousand Oaks but went to Simi Valley today. What a great team of professionals they have there. The returns depart was exceptional, especially Devin and Alyssa.

I was at the simi valley store and a staff named Henry was very friendly and helpful and most of all had a smile on his face which was great on a rainy day…

We had to make a few returns and the gentleman was very efficient and helpful...we also needed to pickup an online order and they worked as a team to get us loaded up and back to work...very good!!

Everyone at Simi Home Depot is very helpful. From when they greet you in the store to saying thank you when you’re done checking out!

I recently came to Simi Home Depot to discuss the issue with a rebate. Sales Cashier Sherry was patient, professional, and willing to help. In the end the rebate was granted! Thank You Sherry and Simi Home Depot, I will definitely be back and loyal to Home Depot for any of my purchases! Well Done!

Stacey was amazing, I live in Thousand Oaks and the Home Depot there is much closer and has a larger footprint but I am disappointed with their service. Stacey took it upon herself to make sure she found the item I needed before I left. Stacey even delayed going on her lunch just so I wouldn’t get passed off to someone else and was taken care of. I’m sure from my experience that this is not a onetime event but that she consistently provides excellent customer service. Thank you

I’m a contraction and have been in dozens of Home Depot’s, I have to say this one is the best. This store not like others is fully stacked with everything you need, you need trim? Hardwood, vinyl they have it!You need great deals? They gave it! Do you need compressive employees? They have it! This is by far my favorite Home Depot great costumer service product availability and they are clean/organized!

Went to purchase a dishwasher and was helped by sales rep., Carli. She went out of her way to help us with our purchase. Look her up the next time you are looking to buy large appliances! Great customer service!
