This store has appalling management and not enough employees. Their phone service is non-existent. I was on hold for over two hours and was disconnected over and over. I finally had to drive to the store to get help.

Very easy process to order an appliance and schedule delivery. And delivery and hook up was free!! Ask for Darrius he was awesome :)

The store is well stocked and has excellent personnel in each department. Best of all the personnel are knowledgeable concerning their department and other departments.

The associates were very helpful and friendly. I was able to find everything that I was looking for.

The employees at this Home Depot store were much more knowledgeable and friendlier than another hardware store in our area. I'll go to Home Depot first from now on!

Paint Department goes above and beyond so you feel confident with your choices, project, and purchase. They share the recent promotions and let you know when they expire, so you can take full advantage of the promotions. They are friendly and help even when it is busy and do their best to make it a great experience. The employee helped me make the best choices for my project. Great value, customer service, and promotions.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very clean well lighted and easy to follow the signs in the store.

No cashiers for quick check out. Expect long line and waiting time.

The new checkout setup is just plain stupid! The cashier is now in the way of my cart making it more difficult to get things out to scan. The self checkout doesn't allow me to do Tax Exempt, anymore, which is a waste of my time. Being able to do tax exempt at the self checkout was one of the things you had right. Now, you've taken that away. Also, what's with the Jumbotron at the self checkout? I would rather have a smaller screen and more counter space to put the stuff from my cart on than a giant screen that serves little to no real purpose. Waste of money! The cashier at the self checkout was unable to do tax exempt because when he scan his ID it wouldn't take his 4 digit code. So, I had to go and stand in line for the regular check out. A waste of my time. Finally, I went there to get a door stop and the one I wanted, which came in two different bins depending on which color you wanted, were both sold out.

The store was clean and neat and received immediate assistance and made my visit efficient and very content with explanation of details to my purchase.

I went to the store for a copy of a key made but unfortunately they didn't have the type of key was capable to make a copy of it it was for a strong box that I had purchased there from Home Depot several years ago but according to the attendant that was helping me making the copies of the key she said that this particular key they did not have in stock to make duplicates she referred me to a locksmith that would be able to get it done further down the street from where I live that was a very good help cuz it turned out to be a positive Venture I did get the key made people like this is what you need to continue to strive at any store especially the one here and Military Drive by helping people out if the stuff that we don't carry they're at Home Depot they can refer them to an expert or somebody with has more specialty in what they're looking for or assisted by overall I had a great experience

From the times that I've gone to this Home Depot, they always are very helpful and kind and I like the atmosphere at this store. The the plus is that this store is on my side of town and I appreciate that. There is also a Lowe's store close by but I always seem to gravitate to Home Depot instead. Thank you for the atmosphere that the staff create and have at this Home Depot

Thank you Donna for all your help today. Donna walked with me and tried to help me find "handi-backing" for my table top kiln. Then she tried to find someone who would cut it for me because the sheet was too big for my table. She is a wonderful employee and I appreciate all her help. I don't know her last name but she has worked there for 10 years.

I am handicapped and frequently need assistance. All of the associates at this Home Depot are quick to offer the helping hand that I need. Sometimes, they come and offer help as soon as they see me in the store, other times I have to ask for it. But I never get the nasty attitude that I have gotten at other stores. As long as this Home Depot continues to employ such great people, I will shop here for all my projects.

I REALLY LIKED THE SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE THAT THE EMPLOYEE LISA KNEW. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL ..PRIOR TO LISA I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE MANAGER AN OLDER MAN AND I TRULY WAS DISAPPOINTED ON HIS SERVICE , VERY COLD AND ALSO LOOKED FRUSTRATED AND TIRED..I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE..I'M GLAD I WAITED FOR LISA'S HELP..MUCH BETTER...THE MANAGER IS IN MY OPINION TO TIRED FOR THAT POSITION ON SATURDAYS. .

Needed help in paint department and young lady helped. She was busy and I told her I know she was busy and won’t take up too much of her time. She responded with “not to worry that I came first and she will help me until I find everything I needed”. Thank you for that, great experience, wish I got her name, but she was girl working paint department at your store at 5pm on 01/06/19. She is a great employee. Thank you

The customer service ladies, and the gentleman that loaded my purchases on each of my visits were helpful, professional, personable, and it went a long way when I kept having to wait.

the product we purchased was flooring for our kitchen. that went smoothly. but as to the delivery date, time and information, Home Depot failed. we were charged for moving furniture when my wife and I moved it . this installation took place (finally) yesterday. today I went to the front desk to return an item which was not needed for installation and the person had hard time refunding amt ($10) . I asked for a manager when told that we would not be refunded the amt charged for moving furniture. mgr never appeared. I told the front desk that I was very upset and wanted the manager but he never appeared and the front desk could not care about it. the installation of the flooring was WONDERFUL and expertly done. I have nothing but praise for the installation of the floor. it is the front desk and paper work at Home Depot that makes me never to enter the store again.

This is the store for the working professionals. If your in a pinch and need some professional guidance, ask for Jaime at the pro desk. If she can't find it, you do not need it.
