I love that Home Depot stores recognize their veterans and give them a veteran's discount.

Home Deport has an endless amount of good products, but if you want really good quality service to go with it, buy your products at this store! Also has one of the best plumbing departments that I have ever experienced! Got great help from Danny (hope I got his name right), but regardless there are several others. Making this store my go to store for all my house repair needs!

I found everything I needed for my home repair project. This store is usually well stocked.

The store needs to think about how they are able to stay in business. Giving great customer service isn’t on there list of things to do! From the manager that had no sense of urgency to the uninformed customer service person at the service desk. I’m very disappointed in Home Depot! Make sure you download the map to find your item because know one in the store will know! Make sure you research your items because they won’t know! Make sure you understand how there Discount’s work with the sale because they won’t know!

I always use this store as compared to the one closest by. It is cleaner, employees are always willing to help, and I come out with everything I went to look for and some surprises, too: such as an analog to digital wire converter.

Need to hire people that are not constantly on their personal cell phones and pay more attention to their paying customers! Need to get away from having boundaries as far as separating departments when purchasing materials!

Employee, Ashby, was very friendly and informed us of 20% off on artificial Christmas trees. At checkout, cashier said they were already discounted. I asked to speak to manager and cashier called someone and said no they were already discounted. Ashby came to register and told cashier to give us discount.

Home Depot (Statewide remodeling) is currently working on a bathroom in our home and so far i am extremely happy with the service!

Every employee encountered in shopping at this Home Depot is always smiling, friendly and listen to customer requests and questions and show the customer where to locate the product. The store appears clean , organized and attractive at all times.

Fran jm in appliances is great, if he is not available I'd ask when he was and come back then.

The service I received in the paint department by Sierra was excellent. I have recently visited other stores to buy paint supplies and the clerk did their job in answering my questions but nothing more. Sierra explained the colors that are involved in the mixing, provided me the rulers with all three colors to match, and even though the store was closing she patiently showed me how to use the project color app. She was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed.

This store and it's associates are a cut above of the regular do it your self store. Whether you place your order on line or just visit the store in person, I have always been treated as a valued customer.. The help you get from the service desk when you place your order online is superb. Store has always been clean and has the inventory for your needs. I really appreciate this store for what it has to offer.

The store is always clean when I shop at 6988 !! I have the best customer service that is provided with an employee name vicky because she is outstanding on her work , always make sure that I always have everything I need before I leave the store . She takes good care of her customers. Always providing above and beyond customer service , will be looking forward to shopping with her soon .

Made a purchase this weekend and everyone was very helpful.They have plenty of items in stock and we were out in less then 20 minutes!! Highly recommend this store.

Best Home Depot in San Antonio. Customer service is second to none. From Erica and Stephanie at the pro desk or Bryan in the rental department. Best Home Depot experiences hands down

Clean store with friendly associates who are willing to help (but not always super knowledgeable about their assigned department), mostly good at having everything in stock when needed.

The store is just off the highway and convenient to use the facilities while your shopping and get the things you always need for home or business at competitive prices. They will work with you, clean store and good products and selection.Friendly employees and knowledgeable.

My husband & I were shopping for several items. I asked the employees multiple questions about several different products. They were very knowledgeable & gave me Pros & Cons about using products I wasn't familiar with. I really appreciated that because I know what my skill level is - in every project I am buying supplies for! This store is Very Clean & has wonderful competent courteous employees!

Store is very clean , has all items in stock in shelves , love to shop there . Associate name vicky offered great customer assistance towards me she was very helpful making sure that I found everything okay , was nice enough to check me out at returns , she greeted me with a smile , and she was very nice a patient , she definitely represents Home Depot in an orderly manner with high standards. Always love going to Home Depot but was disturbed to find out or hear what I heard and saw today. Saw someone walk out with stuff and he was looking at cashier and walk out with merchandise and I told cashier if he was gonna say anything or ask for receipt? He said no that they can’t and that they always steal from Home Depot cause they know they won’t say or do anything. Also told me one guy walked out with 2 chainsaws and he ask for receipts and guy told him I do t need one and walked out and they did nothing. Sad cause we all work hard to purchase stuff and other people steal cause nothing is said or done. Things should change if this is the case. That’s all I have to say.

Shopping at se military Home Depot was a very easy experience for me because the store was nice and neat and found everything that I needed . Vicky did a wonderful job she went above and beyond with her great customer service, she put me first as her customer and was helping me through out the way of my problems at service desk , she is the best associate that I dealt with through out the store . She is awesome , with her great experience of putting her customer first , and helping them out . Vicky has a nice Representable way of representing her store 6988!! And her managers as well . We came to this Home Depot to buy a washer and dryer set that would stack in our apartment. The transaction began smoothly, however, the system crashed and we ended up waiting almost 2 hours to process this transaction. On the day of the delivery/install, we were told by the install company that they could not install these because Home Depot did not add a stacking kit to our order, although we asked the associate what we needed during the purchase. We had to go back to the store and have an associate add a stacking kit and now wait another week for delivery/install. Although the initial crash of the system was not Home Depot’s fault, the process of this large purchase was extremely frustrating, complicated and dragged out. When you come to a store such as this, you rely on the expertise of those you’re working with to tell you what is needed. We obviously are unaware of the need of a stacking kit and could not have noticed this ahead of time, although we communicated this and trusted in the associate. I feel that a lot of this could have been avoided if the associate listened to what we needed and requested while working with us and I was informed that this happens often. It was a disappointing process and we waited several weeks to have laundry in our home. I do want to commend and thank JoAnn, however, for her professionalism, empathy and understanding of the issue. Although there wasn’t much she could do to fix the problem after it occurred, I truly feel that she cared and understood. I don’t plan on continuing to use this location but if I do have to, I’ll be sure to connect with JoAnn in doing so. She is fantastic.

Why did this store stop carrying milorganite? Lots of people i know are upset about this!!

I would never recommend this store at all. My husband went in and bought bee spray. He gave the cashier a 20.00 when his total bill was 3.25. The cashier gave 1.67 back in change. My husband told the cashier that he gave her a 20.00. The cashier called someone else back who then proceeded to tell him he would have to go back the next day. After speaking with Josh the manager on duty explaining that we live a distance .He proceeds to tell us he drives 45 minutes to work. How is this my problem the customer? So I have to be inconvenienced and go back? Will never step foot in Home Depot again!!!

I love to shop at se military, because it’s easy to find products. I was able to get assistants as needed , because an associate name vicky was very helpful and had great customer service skills, she always welcomes me with a warm smile with her dimples showing. She knows her store very well and represents the store in a orderly manner . She has always help me with issues getting problems solved in the correct way . I always come to her because she always the one that helps me out the most when I have questions or just have an issue with an order , she a master on problem solving skills . And she represents her store very well with above and beyond expectations , she is well dedicated to her store and her job at customer service . I really like how she works with her customers , because she gives the respect and honesty . She is a hard worker always willing to help me no matter what . She provides a lot of feed back towards me about my issue and that’s what I like about her because so I can know what is going on with my orders .
