The associates I worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable and really made my shopping experience a pleasant one.

I used to live 2 minutes away from the Holiday location but I would drive to the military location. Now I live in Floresville and I still drive to that location as the staff is great, the store is clean and they have plenty of inventory available.

Really, like this store even though it is sometimes hard to get to. Clean atmosphere and most friendly staff. The employees at this location keep me coming back because they are very helpful. Nothing better than having good help when shopping.

Nice Christmas displays. Employee Lucy very knowledgeable on all tools.

Can't give you 5 stars because your military discount doesn't include all items. Have to wait till checkout to see I didn't get the discount on a small refrigerator

Horrible customer service by employee Christal. She had no customer service skills and was extremely rude. Will not go to this store if I don't have to. It's sad in today's world we are told to use self check out but when you do find a person to check you out it's a inconvenience to them. We all have bad days but this is one I won't forget to tell when it comes to bad customer service

Second time I've found appliances available when I need them. Other stores have ONE to show, but delivery date is either 1 or 2 months away, but Home Depot had my washer available SAME day & fridge in ONE week. Best place to find appliances and at a Great price .

This store provided the best customer service I have ever received. Simone in the flooring department is the best.

Mya the cashier is the bomb.com she figured out why our plants were scanning at full price instead of 50% off !! She saved me a lot of $$ and made our day! Great member of the team!

Employees consistently helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had multiple encounters with the employees joking and laughing with one another as well. It’s refreshing to witness coworkers who enjoy their work environment.

THE STORE WAS VERY WELCOME AND CLEAN AND PRODUCTS WAS EASY TO FIND, I WALK IN AND MR ROLAND WELCOME ME AND MY MOM AND ASKED IF WE NEED HELP AND MOM SAID YES AND HE HELP US WITH OUR ITEMS AND IT WAS GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR MY MOM AND ME, THIS WAS A VERY VERY HELPFUL HOME DEPOT. Wee need a second cart to load material. we asked a store employee in the lumber area if he could find another cart or us. Never saw him again. Found our own cart. This is the new norm it seems for all home stores. Person in loading area pretending to seep while the 2 carts unloaded. As soon as they were empty he was there to roll the empty carts away though.

I am 70 and a 100% Disabled Veteran. I went and bought 6 bags of Top Soil, weighting 40 to 50 lbs. and had to load them all by myself! I was never asked by an employee at the Nursery Department if I needed help! At the time of my check out, there were 2 young boys working there. As I checked out all they were doing was talking amongst themselves and at times to the cashier! I never received any help! When and if you go shopping at HOME DEOPT, be sure to take some help with you because you wont get any there!

The employees at this particular store always seem so kind. I was asked several times to be helped each time I go into this store. I always go first to this Home Depot before going to others their always sooo kind.

you need knowable employees and more employees in the register checkout.

We have a large commercial project on San Antonio's Eastside. We made an online purchase for in-store pickup, but upon arrival, item was not in stock. Associate directed us to another location. Again, item was not in stock. Associate, Vicky at the SE Military store called other locations to find the item. None were available. Due to the issues we were experiencing, she made the decision to discount the next higher priced item, so that we could get what we needed to finish our job. Vicky came to the rescue!

The employees there are very helpful and made sure I had a good experience with my rental product. also my sales associate told me where to find my product which was nice.

I like the garden /plant area. I like that they have potting soil outside . I like how the plants looked healthy and happy. I like that they have 10% military discount.
