I give kudos to this store. Was greeted at the entrance. Was assisted by two different employees on two different occasions through out my shopping in the store. Both were ready to help out and friendly and got the products I was looking for. The store was nice a clean too.

Outstanding staff! This location is farther from my home than several others, but I will definitely be back to shop here regularly. The staff was incredibly helpful in every single department and went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed. They even helped me load large items on my cart and into my vehicle without being asked. I can’t wait to shop here again.

I was able to easily find the brand of sturdy power tools needed to work on construction projects. I really enjoyed that there was an attendant readily available to provide assistance if needed. The store was well organized, which made my shopping experience much more efficient.

Fast and friendly service.

Every time I have visited this store, I have been greeted very warmly. There is this lady that always knows where to direct me when I have a question. She immediately radios someone in that department to meet me. This is very comforting—as I often would feel intimidated & embarrassed to ask —feeling dumb!! The checkout staff will immediately ask if I need help loading materials when I have lumber, cabinets, etc! I pass 4 Home Depot’s to get to this particular store! It’s worth the long trip!!

The guys in the lumber department last night ignored me and my family for over 20 minutes. I complained to manager Roxanne but she did not send them home or give me a discount on my products. The manager and the guys need extensive training in cultural diversity and customer service.

Anything i look for is usually easy to find . When I need help there is always someone around to help. The cashier in the flower and plant department is very helpful . Her name is Josephine .

Rachael answered the phone in a sincerely cheerful voice on a very busy Saturday afternoon & helped me exchange my propane tank through Curbside. I highly recommend this store. Great service and products.

The salesperson JEM2588 was most helpful and patient. The young men outside were most helpful on loading our purchase.

The contractor they use for installing blinds has no idea about customer service. didnt come by and has not called to cancel his appointment that he set up.

Paint department was very nohelpful

Verenice was the most pleasant and helpful person I have ever encountered at Home Depot. She seemed to really enjoy her job!

I'm giving it a poor rating due to the fact that the person in charge of the Hardware Department was very unhelpful and didn't even want to give the info I was seeking for. Didn't even bother to recommend other drills she could have had in the store.

Store is usually clean and well stocked. Rest rooms get rather nasty in the afternoons though. Most employees are friendly and courteous however, many are not trained for their respective department. Tool Rental is a definite problem many days with lack of knowledge.

Have one of your employee keeping floors cleaner during store hours hand sanitizer station or a station where customers can wash their hand when exiting out. And I know it's kinda hard on this, with the covit 19 less or no children aloud this not a children's store I'm sorry to say. No one should not be aloud in the store without a face mask this is a building store where your dreams can come true with all the right tool's and much more. (Homedepot go build something that's right)

Yes Associate Verenice was of great help to us even though the store was close to closing, she stayed over to help us complete our purchase.

Well, I had left you guys a good review about 1 month ago concerning a Mary Ann. Today, I was able to enter the store, however after paying, I was told to wear a mask next time which I absolutely will not do as it goes agains my values. I didn't catch the name of the elderly caucasian female who stopped me however if this happens again, I will be reviewing this site as well as ammending the reviews I left on facebook,google, etc.Please reframe from violating my rights as a US citizen. Other than that, I have no problem with the store should you guys choose to cease. Thank you.

An employee named Chris was very helpful and diligent in helping find my product. Yet 4 other employees I had spoken to previously pointed me to 4 different parts of the store. I became confused and annoyed.
