What a great experience! I'm new to the Southside with a brand new home. Settling in and making this home even better with further final touches of my own with the help the great staff at Home Depot. Thank you all for your helpful guidance on making smart purchases on my first home.

#2104 is my favorite homedepot on the south side of Des Moines. Somewhat smaller than the west side store but the staff are always friendlier and more available to help.

Great place to shop, super clean and friendly

Actually had products on the floor that we could buy and knew when more would be coming in.A different home supply store had a lot of models on the floor. But couldn’t give us any idea of when they would have anymore.

Shopping at Home Depot is like Christmas all year. Stocked with great products and reasonably affordable prices.

This place is great. I'm terrible at basically everything related to hardware but this location's employees went above and beyond to help me. I could not be more satisfied!

Always a clean store with helpful employees.

Store is clean, inside and outside, and is well stocked. Most important, the staff I have met all have spent the time and effort to ensure that I found the products that meet my particular needs - from lighting to gardening to hardware. The customer service staff also does their best to make things right for the customer. Lovely, knowledgeable people.

Friendly and prompt help from employees Kyle and Tony. Cashier Antony was very helpful and friendly as were all the staff that I encountered.

I had a great carpet buying experience today....Ben Davis in flooring was top-notch! Best service I've had in a big box store!

Lawney worked with us and never left our side, not only for our first trip there, but our second trip of the day. He immediately recognized us and helped us AGAIN to the end. Every cashier and employee that crossed paths with us made it a fantastic customer experience. I’m going to be building a large deck soon and I have decided to buy all of my supplies from Home Depot, and I attribute it to incredible customer service provided by those people, especially Lawney!

I found something close to what I needed and it was on sale. I wanted white grout. The store website and the national both said it was in stock but nothing was there. When cashing out, my item had a special tqg so I didnt know if self checkout would work. Lady ahead of me had a billion questions; I had 1 item! Another cashier walked up, looked at me, and proceeded to do something else, so I got her attention. She did self checkout (which I could have done). No signs saying the self checkout took markdowns that were right on the item. Needed to have more than 1 cashier. This store is probably overall the best in the area. The management staff works hard to take care of the customers, and some of the employees stand out

Each of the employees we spoke with was SUPER courteous and more than willing to search for the boxes Dave set aside for us. We live 1.5 hours from this store and will shop here when visiting family. Thanks again to a great team!!!

WOW - I cant say enough good things about the folks who work in this store, they are the cream of the crop! Never had a better experience in any home improvement store, anywhere.

Deceptive price practices, they advertised an appliance package on a sticker which was placed on a more expensive refrigerator. When I brought it up, they did absolutely nothing to remedy the issue. I asked to speak with the manager and the cashier said she was the “supervisor of every department”. She was lost and took half an hour to process our order.

Every time I go to this store I am pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff is and their willingness to help get your problem/project done in a timely manner. If an associate can't help they will quickly get someone to do so. Today, they found the proper discount another store was unable to find, so I was greatly surprised when I paid less than I had expected to. Yeah!
