In the past year I have bought a Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer and every year I buy my plants there! I love Home Depot!!!

The Home Depot employee - Jarod H - who helped us with lumber was outstanding. He helped us select the boards and walked us out to our car (we were concerned whether the boards would fit into our Rogue). He made us feel welcome and valued as a customer. Great experience.

I was looking for an item in the garden section. I didn’t see an employee in the section, so I went to the customer service desk where they believed the person assigned to the area was on lunch break, but she immediately called for general assistance. Once I ended back into the garden area Dustan was ready to assist and answer my questions. He didn’t push seeking me another line of credit when he found out I already had a Home Depot card. He was honest about the process for me and himself, straight to the point, had a sense of urgency, and I felt respected throughout the whole process. The fact that he was on lunch but still made my experience feel expedited and respected is why I’m looking forward to coming back.

Jarod H helped me select a piece of wood for my deck repair and cut it to length.

Always look at customer service. Trained people in it for years. Reflects on entire company. Home Depot must train there people well.

Clean and well organized store. Excellent selection of product. There are always options to compare to choose from. Employees are helpful and friendly - They go over and above to be sure you are leaving the store having had a good experience.

Bought a Rheem Water Heater. Got help to get military discount going. Associates and cashier were very helpful.

Rob helped me purchase a water softener, and he offered to load the machine into my truck. That helped as I'm elderly.

Mickey helped me purchase the washer and dryer i needed and she is very nice

He was upbeat, positive tone of voice, offered additional help services & educated me about the programs for Proextra, that I was not aware of. He is a tremendous asset to your company and he made my buying experience very enjoyable. Thank you for hiring such a great employee!!!

If you are visiting this location, Dustan will definitely find what you need. He knows the store and where to find items. Just show him what you need and he will find it.

The "South Side" gets such a bad reputation. I've lived here for 6 years and I believe this Home Depot hires the kindest employees. Anytime I've felt like a child who doesn't know anything about Air compressors, ceiling fans, you-name-it, there's been someone who acted like a dad would when teaching their own son. I love it!

Dave helped me out with my shelf and wood needs he’s super efficient same with the other employee I didn’t catch his name but he has a cool beard he helped me out a ton

All the staff was friendly

As a contractor, it’s hard to get good help on a weekend at Home Depot. As things are directed more towards home loans. However, Dustin at the paint counter, gave good attention and helped out swiftly and got everything done that I need done to get in and out of the store.

I was in for a return today and Dustin did a wonderful job assisting me with questions I had about some De Walt tool bundles. Thanks South Des Moines Home Depot Team!
