We are new to Scottsdale. We've been to this Home Depot store for several items and have always received friendly help in finding things. We are seniors and were especially appreciative of Keller in the Garden section who stopped to see if we needed help. He helped us select the plants we wanted for a specific area of our patio, walked us through check out and then carried the plants out to our automobile. He was very personable and willing to go the extra mile to assist us.

Keller in the garden center was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the best flowers to use for a project I was doing. He was professional and informative and so very polite and respectful.

Good customer service

While most employees on my visit were helpful, I was disappointed that not all were wearing face masks. It should be a requirement of employment that they do so for the good of their customers.

TELEPHONE SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW CONNECTION TO DEPARTMENT. MOSTLY NO ANSWER TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. FRUSTRATING UNABLE ABLE TO ORDER BY PHONE ON PRODUCTS. NOT HAPPY WITH RETURNS AREA (TOO SLOW)

I had the most amazing experience today, and cant thank Dave, Robert E and Home Depot enough. I ran into the store to gather fans to assist a local horse farm (Hunkapi Farm) with receiving 20 evacuated horses from the Ocotillo fire. The stalls these horses were going into didn't have fans, and we are experiencing record 110 degree heat. Dave came over to help me load the fans into my cart. In the process, I casually asked him if Home Depot would consider discounting these. Dave grabbed Robert E, the manager, who immediately came over, walked me to the customer service desk, and assisted with the check out. Hoping for a minimal 10-15% discount, Robert graciously gave me a 50% discount to assist with these evacuation efforts. What a huge gesture and THANK YOU ALL for supporting the local community. I'm happy to say, enough fans were brought there today for each one of these horses in need!!! Thank you Home Depot for supporting your employees and allowing them the latitude to easily make these types of decisions. Our community is thankful!!

Would never return. Ridiculous and over the top "social distancing" rules. Took almost an hour to get one item....I have better things to do with my time. Look we get it, it's important to social distance....how about not Virtue signaling with a labyrinth of Draconian rules?

Exceptional Customer Service!! Great selection of products. Ask anyone for advice they are eager to help. If your lucky enough to get Flash, Mindy or Kuorosh you won't be dissapointed.

Better have patience checking out, yesterday I had one rude employee at check out. She treated a veteran disrespectful.

Store was clean and employees were very helpful

The store manager Robert and two employees (Tony and Jacob) were an absolute pleasure to work with during a tricky situation. I'm not proud of it, but I brought a minivan to haul 40 cases of flooring back home... and let's just say it didn't come close to working. Long story short, they were incredibly helpful and consultative and all 40 cases are currently sitting in my garage. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Poor set up of check out cashiers. Clerks need to be behind the cash register. A Costco model would be good. cart goes behind clerk and customers in front behind shield. Safer for clerks and customers. The bullying of costumers to use self check out needs to stop. The lady trying to push everyone thru self check out. she is also talking on intercom. Talks so fast you can't understand what she is saying. she be be for more helpful stand behind a cash register. She makes it very stressful.

Wonderful store . Just ask and they will help you. Tanya Digggs works at this store and even if you have never bought a appliance or flooring she is there to help you with your needs.

So this happened... Toilet in my daughters' bathroom broke. Won’t flush. It was 2030 and Home Depot closes at 1800 due to the COVID thing. I was walking up to the door to see what time they closed and how early they would open. Employee standing in the doorway announced that they were closed. I said that I figured as much and asked when they open. 0700. Great. I have a meeting at 0700. He asked me what I needed and I explained my dilemma. He said, “Hold on,” and disappeared into the store. 10 minutes later he came out with an arm full of toilet parts. I picked out the two parts I needed and handed him my credit card. He explained that he couldn’t take a payment as their terminals were shut down for the day. I offered to come in the next day and pay for the $20.00 worth of parts. He said don’t worry about it. He simply asked me to fill out a survey. Done. To Eric at The Home Depot at 90th Street and Mountain View in Scottsdale, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

As a handyman I shop at Home Depot stores throughout the valley. I find that Home Depot stores are well staffed with good people. They’re pricing is competitive and 99% of the time they have What I’m looking for.

This is my favorite local store because there's always plenty of employees to help you and they all seem like they ENJOY their jobs. It makes your shopping experience all the better!

Visited Customer Support to see if I could get help with returning an outdoor rug that was purchased on-line from Home Depot. I was asssisted by Eric (didn’t get last name) one of the managers at the Scottsdale store at 9890 N 90th Street. My situation was complicated and Eric made a phone call to get product number and manufacturer. I had a receipt showing purchase and photos showing how this rug had deteriorated in a short time. Eric said to bring rug in and he would see if he could issue a store credit. I returned 2 days later and was able, with Eric’s determination to help, get the complete store refund! I often shop at Home Depot and was impressed with the time Eric spent rectifying my problem satisfactorily. Thank You Eric for a job well done !!!
