We have shopped this Home Depot for a number of issues, but we really enjoy shopping in the Garden area. Great selection and friendly helpful staff.

On 11/19/22, I ordered garage door for $1402. Contractor, JDT, is a lyer and/or incompetent. His latest statement: doorwill be made on week 2/15/23 - 2/22/23 and then scheduled for installation. A local installer with doors in stock did work in one day. Home Depot didn't want to return my money. Finally, they agreed but charged $210 for "recall". I will never contract Home Depot to do any work.

Got great service from Frank which saved me time & team at self check out were helpful & friendly, reasonable pricing

Our favorite Hope Depot and we seem to be in one at least once a week if not daily. Scottsdale shea is our favorite one, best staff and knowledgable staff to help if needed. the most friendly staff of any I have been to.

I stop by a lot bc of all the needs of our fixer house and just wanted to comment that the management is doing something right bc EVERYONE has a a great attitude during these very stressful times. Serious props.

This store has some friendly , hardworking , diligent associates, like Frank in hardware, Amy, Jessica and Hannah in customer service, Debbie and Lisa as cashiers, and Sharon in doors and windows. The manger is far below par, and appears to be undermining their extraordinary efforts.

Jill in the garden area is knowledgeable and helpful with selection of plants. Very friendly. Danial made checking out pleasant even though I has pricing issues with my plants. He is a "fixer" and I was able to check out quickly.

This is our favorite HD Store; we shop here often and will continue to do so. We can find what we need and we get help when we need it.

The garden department is well stocked and plants are well cared for. Employees are friendly and helpful.

After visiting several Home Improvement stores in the Scottsdale area, I finally discovered the Home Depot on Mountain view and 90th Street. What a find!!! I bought over $700 of shrubs and bedding plans, and their selection was absolutely the best I've seen - even at the nurseries.

This Home Depot is well run, organized, and friendly. Must have good management.

I went to this location after another home depot told me there were nine of the items I was looking for at this store. Upon arrival, I didn't see any! Bill in Gardening found them in the storage area (top shelf, of course), got a ladder, closed the aisle for safety, and got my two berry bliss trees for my front porch!! Thank you, Bill from Gardening!! You rock and so does my berry blissful front porch!!

I had a wonderful experience at this Home Depot. Not one employee passed me without saying Hi or asking me if they could assist me. Truly nice to shop and have help! Especially with a sweet attitude!

I just moved to Scottsdale and love this store! All of the staff I've encountered have been friendly and helpful. I'm glad it's so convenient and offers a garden center and so many other products I can use.

I bought my fall/winter plants and they are all beautiful and healthy and many varieties to choose from, plus the workers are so helpful and .knowledgeable.

I shop in this store 5 days a week. Associates , customer service reps and cashiers are great, always friendly and helpful. This store should be held out as an example of how a Home Depot should be managed. HD should reward their employees with stock bonuses, because they are the reason this store succeeds.

I really like the people who work at this Home Depot location. They are focused on customer’s needs and quick to get whatever you need. The store is kept clean and pretty much is well stocked. I like going there.

I had to ask several times for help loading up my truck with 12 bags of concrete I have a hernia right now and he acted like they were busy and didn't really want to help but he called him anyways. And gave them time and went in by the wheelbarrow. By time I got back I said Hey can you please call somebody and he said well I did and they were waiting on you I said OK didding they were waiting on you I said OK well I'm here now can you please call them and he completely ignored me and he completely ignored me Joanner is his name. There's actually been several times the exact same guy has been extremely rude worse customer service I don't know how he has a job he makes you not even wanna shop here I have spent $16000 in the last few months at home depot on my pro account and I feel like I am completely wasting my money going here

I have shopped at other retailers and have not been happy with my experience. Usually, it is difficult to find someone to help me. When I do that person is not really knowledgeable about the products or where the item is that I am looking for. I like to wide selection and prices at The Depot.

I found the products I was looking for easily. The assistance that was given to me was 200%. The store was extremely clean.

Great neighborhood home improvement store with wonderful helpful and knowledgeable employees. I've been there 3 times this week. Actually, it feels like "home"!!!!

The employees here are always so friendly. If they don’t know an answer, they find someone else to ask. Frank was especially helpful on my last trip!
